Everything was perfect. Very spacy and clean room, comfy bed, ideal location. Couldn’t really expect for more for the price we paid.

Breakfast could be improved but I really don’t care for breakfasts in hotels. I woulc have preferred a no-breakfast option if there was one.

czysto, bardzo wygodne łóżko, duża, komfortowa łazienka. Śniadania niestety wyłącznie na słodko.

jedno krzesło w pokoju na 3 osoby to trochę mało, Śniadanie niestety na słodko (rogalik, jogurt, sok i płatki), dobrze że kawa nie słodzona. Niestety w nocy klimatyzacja nie działała a buła sterowana centralnie, więc nic nie można było zrobić.

Douche was top. Verder veel dingen gewoon oké, niet fantastisch. Host was wel erg attent / sympathiek.

Parkeren was een drama. Op straat, betaald, in de hoop op een plekje wat een beetje in de buurt is. Ontbijt ook erg slecht. Niks vers, alles voorverpakt. Tot slot stond er niet aangegeven dat je in het gebouw zelf op vijf hoog moest zijn. Was nog even zoeken, wij waren bij de huisarts (?) beland.

Завтрак был типично итальянский, только сладкое. Фен в ванной использовать нельзя, розетка не предусмотрена для этой вилки, пришлось сушить волосы в зале. В комнате не было одеял, было холодно спать под простыней. Если вы на машине, придется долго искать место.

Davide could not have been more helpful. Ideally situated to Brignole train station and the centre. Beautiful, old building which has retained all its character.

The downside is we can hear the cars on the road, and we had the room by the breakfast area, so could hear everything. But we were so tired that we slept through most of it!

The hotel is situated in a beatiful old building not far from the city center. Our room was quite spacious, warm and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Looks like there's no soundproofing at all. The room balcony faces a busy street, and the balcony door is really old. All night long we could hear passing cars and bikes; besides, we could hear our neighbors as if they were in the same room with us. Neither my husband nor I could sleep. The breakfast isn't really worth is. There was a cake, a packaged croissant and a yogurt available.

The rooms (bedroom and living room) was very spacious and nicely appointed. The shower worked well with lots of hot water. The location is central to most parts of Genoa with a bus stop very close; however it was impossible to get a cab.

The breakfast is very continental (nothing warm) but it is filling (packaged toast, jam. Croissant, juice, milk, coffee or tea). If you are staying a long time, there is a grocery very close to buy fruit, yogurt or protein.

The location of the guesthouse is very good, in a clean neighborhood. The personell was very friendly, we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception for a couple of hours prior to the checkin time.

The walls inside the room we stayed in need a pretty urgent repainting, as they were full of marks of all sorts (from contact with hands, luggage, shoes). There was no natural light, as the facade of the building is undergoing renovation and the scaffold is covering everything. In the first night we could not sleep well as something was dangeling onto the scaffold, but the problem was fixed for the second night.

1) Location. The property situated at the old house nearby to one of the largest train stations in town. There are also some bars and groceries (mind italian-style working hours). 2) Friendly and helpful staff (David). 3) Room was spacious and clean, David helped us with everything that was missing in a room (kettle, a few glasses, a blanket lol) 4) Huge bathroom with every little essential liquids you might need.

1) During my stay in early September 2022 there were an ongoing renovation works at the building where the hotel is based. Despite the fact, that workers were mainly making noise during daytime, it still was a very frustrating experience to live without a daylight. 2) Breakfast is a weird joke: 2 pieces of dry bread, a few jams, 200ml of milk and orange juice, teabag and something else. Its 2022 outside and yet they still have a packed plastic food "due to covid-19 blablabla". It would be honest to mention that in fact there is no breakfast included. All in one - its a bit overpriced, but still a very decent place to stay if you arent very short on budget ;)
