There were hairs in the shower, apart from that the room was clean though. Maybe it was a one-time mistake.

The people were fantastic. The room was simple but clean with a large window. It was easy walking distance to everything yet on a quiet street.

Manuel was lovely & very helpful. Free water provided & morning coffee. Roof terrace was nice too. Bed very comfortable & had a bedside light & blankets for the cool nights. Good location in a quieter part of Chichi but very walkable to everything.

The curtains were a bit thin so early daylight woke us up.

The location was good. The proprietor was extremely helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

The room was very small, dated and not well-appointed. Bare bulbs for lighting. We had just backpacks but there would be no room for luggage. This is more like a hostel and not what I expect for a “3 star hotel” on Booking.com

The hostel looks little old and tired, I don't need luxury hotel but for this price I expected more. We was little lost when we looked for it, because on the Booking is little differente adress

Good central location in a safe and quiet street. Very helpful host. Basic but homely, comfortable room. Bed was fine. Good shower.

Seemed expensive to us by Guatemalan standards. We had stayed in places on Lake Atitlan which were just as good or better that were half the price. Maybe that’s to do with availability in Chichi?

The location was great, the room was okay Compared to the Price. But the manager was the best part!

We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each room and we ended up with 2 rooms and only 1 double bed in each. Host was not apologetic. We booked the breakfast for 7. It wasn't as advertised and was late being served. Our bathrooms had windows that opened into the main hallway which was awkward. Upstairs roof top not inviting.

It not super cosy and for that reason not always comfortable. All is more than fine, but it’s a place to only sleep and not hang around.

Good location in the town. The roof terrace have great view.

You have to wait for warm water in shower for about 5 minutes. Parking is about 2 to 3x more expensive than stated on Booking website.

the location was good. we came to chichi for the market and we were a walking distance away. provided filtered water. bed was comfortable. host was very kind.

the shower sprayed water everywhere. and only provided with shampoo so be sure to bring your own toiletries. the building is older, so naturally a musty smell. there are not many options for hotels, making the price for the room higher that other parts of Guatemala.
