Ich war wunschlos glücklich. Besonders gefallen haben mir die bequemen Betten mit Vorhängen, die Sauberkeit, die zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter und der gratis Kaffee am Morgen. Also eigentlich alles :) Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely Hostel. Located close to everything. Awesome terrace. Very friendly stuff. We had the double room, was also nice. Great value.

Matress was a little thin and hard. Pillow a little flat. But again: For the price everything was awesome!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. The hostel is in a really good location - a five to ten minute walk to the centre of town and it’s also walkable to the ADO bus terminal. We arrived at 2am after a long bus journey and it was no problem for us to check in. Our room was one of the private ones at the back of the house, we enjoyed the small terrace that we used each morning. The room was fairly small but had everything we needed and was very clean - in fact, it was cleaned every day. The water in the shower was also hot which was a bonus. The common areas of the hostel are also clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s drinking water available and the rooftop is a great place to spend time. Would really recommend staying here.

For the price we paid, we can’t complaint about anything. We were traveling as a couple so the social element of hostel life wasn’t something we needed but if traveling alone, it didn’t seem to be the most social hostel. There are activities on the board in the kitchen but we didn’t see any of these actually happening.

Nice budget hostel, very good value for money. Fully equipped kitchen, big rooftop terrace. Beds are cabins with curtains. Lockers available. I arrived early in the morning and could use all facilities already before check-in.

Muy buen detalle el cafe y una agradable vista en la terraza, la suite para 4 personas muy amplia y comoda.

No me explicaron como tener agua caliente en el baño y la ubicacion me hubiera gustado mas cerca al centro...aunque la caminata para llegar estuvo buena.

Spazi comuni molto accoglienti, con molte possibilità di svago. Struttura molto pulita e ben tenuta. Posizione comoda ed il centro é raggiungibile a piedi. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale .

La habitación privada está separada y tiene un balconcito propio. La ubicación del hostal es buena y además ofrecen actividades para los huéspedes todas las noches. Además tiene una terraza con unas vistas muy bonitas. Las instalaciones comunes están muy bien cuidadas.

No salía mucha agua de la ducha y faltaba agua caliente.

Everything! The staff is nice and great and helpfull, the beds are confortable and you have your privacy. Bed done everyday! It's super clean and the kitchen is fully equipped! It s really nice! The community area are perfect to chill and to met people even if it s a bit cold at night.. The best place i stayed!

Dormí en la suite 1 tiene cama y baño privado. El lugar es amplio y acogedor. El Wifi es excelente y tiene muchos enchufes. La terraza preciosa y la atención muy buena. La cama es un poco dura, pero se descansa muy bien. Las almohadas son muy ricas.

Cuando pasas por los cuartos comunales se despide un olor desagradable, yo no podría dormir ahí.

Santa Lucia is my fave SanCristobal location, I like the esthetics of the interior, free organic coffee, a a quiet work place and relaxed atmosphere.

-Lack of ventilation and placing people who keep closing the windows next to them -as a person with a chronic health condition i didn’t like the stress sometimes coming from lack of common sense of certain individuals

Lovely workers, cool vibe, comfortable beds, good location, nice terrace view, free coffee and spices.

I would put some nice lights on the roof terrace for a better evening ambient.

We really enjoyed staying at La Abuelita hostel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, clean, organised and had everything you needed. We made tortillas the one day and the staff provided all the food which was great. They kept our bags for us as well for a late check out which we appreciated.

The rooms and bathrooms do need to be ventilated more, the mold on the walls is not great

Little loud if you are in the double room on the top balcony due to building work starting each day at 6am.

There was hot water and everything was v clean and cleaned regularly. the private rooms are cheap and the kitchen seems well equipped.

the WiFi in the private rooms wasn’t the best. it was so cold in the rooms all the time too, but I guess that’s not the hostels fault. The reception staff were nice enough but you don’t get a tour of the hostel or information when you check in.

All of the common areas are nice and clean, and the kitchen is well kept and equipped

The position of my bed was crammed into a corner and almost completely blocked by another bed, so getting to my bed and my locker underneath was difficult.

The kitchen is amazing, clean and with everything you need to cook. Room cozy and clean.

The living area is very cold and not comfortable.

The facility is super cool. I love the kitchen and the shared areas, including the rooftop. It's closer to the bus station than most hostels.

It's a bit farther from the center of town, and I wish they had showers outside the dorm rooms. I hate waking people early or late, and the shower head sprayed all over the floor.
