The staff was very helpful, considering the language barrier, the location was what i expected, it allowed me to walk the streets, and observe the ordinary people going about their daily lives, the room is on the small size, but more importantly the bed was comfortable

The vehicular traffic was a challenge at times

I usually don't put bad review but this hostel was too much. First we didn't get the booked room and they refused to change us or compensate, claiming it was our fault that we didn't specify in writing apart that we wanted a balcony, despite it was clearly in the room description (and we booked this room/hostel specifically for that) ! Then they blamed Booking ! Second, the receptionnist (R.) was/played dumb and on very bad faith, always mocking us when we met him during stay. Third it was very very hot in the room and they just gave us a little fan. Fourth the bed was not very comfortable and almost no water pressure...This hostel is waaay too expensive for what you have. Not friendly staff is a very very bad point for me.

Great location to City Centre.

Staff could know a little more English.

It is so clean, nobody bothers with noise although I would suggest no children allowed. And no smokers.

That there are no extra blankets

The staff is really kind and helpful. From the restaurant to the reception, not forgetting the housekeeper Alicia, that made my stay more comfortable. I loved their breakfast variety. Got to try most of their food and fell in love with Mexican cuisine and that special mix of fruits juice Don Luis recommended me! 😍 Best part: I missed my flight and had to go back to the hotel. They accommodated my belongings in a different room while I tried to take advantage of the situation and left early morning to the museums. The picture is from the second room I was in for one night.

it is well located in Centro, you can easily take the metro (just two blocks away), Metrobus, or even walking to the main attractions in Mexico City staff is really friendly, they really helped me during my stay

some towels had a weird smell, not stinky but something was not nice about it. and the water smells weird, I think it is something in CDMX water itself

With female breakfast waiter was very attentive: she handed my lost pill box over the next day. The cook was very happy.
