Very friendly staff. The accommodation is nice and comfortable. We appreciated.the pool, because the sea and the hotel beach are not much to use. It is great to rent motorbikes at the hotel and ride around the island.

The hotel beach is not very nice and you can't spend time here. The sea is often polluted.

Check-in was very simple and the room was ready upon our arrival. The room was kept very clean, and towels for both the room and the pool were changed regularly if requested. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available for any questions. The entire place has been very well maintained with plenty of seating and areas for relaxation around the pool or the beach front. Very close proximity to the airport and ferries. Though the main road is busy, the rooms are removed from the noise and you can get easily walk to restaurants, convenience stores, spas, etc.

Quiet location but that might be ok depending on what you are looking for. We also got a taxi to fishermans village just down the road where you can find more nightlife if that’s what you are after.

Very nice hotel in great location. The hotel is only 10-15min from the airport so taxi is pretty cheap (200TBH) also it is 1 min walk from pier (You can get boat to Koh Phangan ) There is lovely bar in hotel and staff are also very helpful . couldn’t fault it . Lovely place to stay and even if it’s ok busy road you cannot hear any noise !😊

Only the 10% service charge for all food and drinks. If you walk up to the bar and order a drink you still get charged for service charge which should be included in the prices

EVERYTHING! From the moment we arrived the service was incredible. Friendly greeting at the front desk and then BOOM....that view from the bar and pool! Our room was big and comfprtable, outside shower to get the sand off, cheap beers, direct access to the sea, 10 minutes from Fisherman's Village and Chaweng centre..... this place is unreal! Stevenn and Quentin are the "hosts with the most". Local knowledge, good recommendations on food and places to see, up for a laugh and a chat while you sip on an ice cold chang in the bar or the pool. This place will be everything you hope for and more, I promise you that!
