Without a doubt you've got a spectacular view here. However, the house is really quirky. Three kitchens (including one outdoor) but they are super tiny and not chef friendly at all. Comfort level for the beds was about 5/10. The bathrooms were dated and awkward with tiny showers and/or climb over tubs and the bath towels seemed as if they were washed with handsoap in the local river... Also, the wifi was spotty all week and the TV required an engineering degree to operate (4 remotes with poor instructions) Would not recommend.

We stayed in the house in August, we were 5 adults and 5 kids. The view is breathtaking, it is not possilble to describe it by words! It is a big house, every family had our own floor (we were 3 families). We ate lunch at restaurants, and dinner back at the house. The outside kitchen is perfect! You will need a car to get around. The house is on top of a hill, and it is to far to walk (and to hot in August!). Some tips: - Eat at El Chamizo, Moraira. The food is excellent! Book table. - Eat at Bar La Cabana Moraira. We loved that place! - By food at Pepe la Sal - Go to Calpe, Denia and Xabia. Thanks to Ignacio and Marilen for everything! / Emelie with family and friends

Had the most chilled holiday ever and would thoroughly recommend it

Wir haben die Villa für 10 Tage gemietet und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Kurz nach Ankunft am Objekt tauchte auch Marilen auf, die uns das Haus zeigte und uns alles erklärte. Marilen war im Übrigen auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen und Wünsche weitergeholfen (Marilen macht übrigens eine hervorragende Paella). Klasse Service und wir haben uns dadurch immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist klasse, es bietet sehr viel Platz, in den Küchen ist alles was man benötigt. Wir haben aber überwiegend den Poolbereich genutzt, da selbst in der Aussenküche alles vorhanden ist. Der phantastische Blick ins Tal und auf das Meer ist unbeschreiblich, diesen kann man auch direkt von der Poolkante genießen. Weiter gibt es noch zahlreiche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten wie Darts oder Tischtennis oder einfach nur Sky TV schauen. Das Wifi hat im ganzen Haus einwandfrei funktioniert, sogar draußen beim Pool und der Terrasse. Wer seine Ruhe haben, jeden Tag einen tollen Blick auf das Meer haben und seine Runden im Pool drehen möchte, der macht hier alles richtig. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen! Danke Ignacio für das tolle Haus und Danke Marilen für das gute Gefühl immer gut aufgehoben zu sein! Al poco tiempo de llegar a la propiedad, apareció Marilen y nos mostró la casa y nos explicó todo. Por cierto, Marilen siempre estuvo disponible por teléfono durante nuestra estadía y nos ayudó con preguntas y solicitudes (Por cierto, Marilen hace una paella excelente). Gran servicio y siempre sentimos que estábamos en buenas manos. La casa es genial, ofrece mucho espacio, la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas. Pero principalmente usamos el área de la piscina, ya que todo está disponible incluso en la cocina al aire libre. La fantástica vista al valle y al mar es indescriptible, también puedes disfrutarla directamente desde el borde de la piscina. También hay numerosas oportunidades de empleo, como dardos o tenis de mesa o simplemente ver Sky TV. El Wifi funcionó perfectamente en toda la casa, incluso fuera de la piscina y la terraza. Si quieres tener paz y tranquilidad, tener una gran vista al mar todos los días y hacer largos en la piscina, aquí lo has hecho todo. ¡Solo podemos recomendar la propiedad! ¡Gracias Ignacio

Great location, lots of space, amazing pool with fabulous views. BBQ and outdoor kitchen. Great hosts. It made our family trip in Spain one to remember and we’ll definitely come back!

An incredible property with breathtaking views - highly recommended! We all found it very difficult to leave this beautiful spot.

Desde el inicio de la reserva todo fue muy fácil y accesible con el propietario. Previamente a nuestra entrada nos fue resolviendo todo lo que le preguntamos e incluso tuvo el detalle de tener unas sillas para la playa. La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos, con habitaciones amplias y cada una con su baño completo, éramos 11 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. Pero desde luego lo que más disfrutamos fue la zona de la piscina, con la cocina totalmente equipada y con las vistas que son simplemente "expectaculares". La zona es muy bonita y en la casa, al estar en lo alto de la montaña, teníamos unos graditos menos de temperatura que se agradecían. Marilen nos explicó todo y estuvo a nuestra disposición por si teníamos alguna duda. Recomiendo esta casa y esperamos repetir. Sonia G.D.

Great time had by all

La villa dispose d'une vue absolument époustouflante sur la mer et de nombreux équipements. La communication avec Ignacio est simple et rapide. Marilen qui est sur place est très réactive (et prépare à la demande une excellente paëlla). Je recommande vivement cette maison !

La vivienda es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La zona exterior es espectacular, la piscina es muy grande y cómoda y la cocina exterior es un puntazo, fue la única que utilizamos. Ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. Si vais con bebés tened en cuenta que no hay trona, es un elevador pequeño. Muchas escaleras, para nosotros no fue problema pero puede serlo para algunas personas. La casa está en una urbanización tranquila a unos 5-10 min en coche de la costa, muy cerca de Moraira y Calpe.

Schitterende villa met adembenemend uitzicht! Alle 6 kamers met badkamer prima in orde en voorzien van airco. Door de buitenkeuken hebben we de hele tijd buiten geleefd. De vele trappen zorgden voor de nodige dagelijkse beweging. Alle ingrediënten aanwezig voor een super geslaagde gezinsvakantie

This is a spacious, well appointed and well furnished property with breathtaking views of the whole coastal area between Moraira and Calpe. It is well equipped and includes a kitchen and barbecue area adjacent to the outside pool area. At a lower level, are laundry facilities and an outside games area. We were a party of 10, ages 14 to 76. Each of us were impressed by what was on offer.

Fantastic property and nice view

This is a fantastic property! The house is beautiful and the views are to die for. There are a lot of steep stairs so beware if you have small children or any difficulty with stairs. We loved the outdoor space we prepared and ate all our meals there. It 's a slower paced resort town atmosphere, so if you're looking for lively night life, this would probably not be the place. It was a very relaxing trip. Hope to return!

This house has everything. The view is breath taking and the outdoor kitchen with table was perfect. We were 10 adults and two children and We loved it 100%. The pool area is great! The only thing that have to be improved is the outdoor barbeque/grill. It was difficult to establish a good barbeque because of the grill table. It was to small for 12 persons. But make dinner without the grill will solve it. We ordered one paella dinner from Marlene the house service which was perfect. Very good! We will probably come here ones again for sure!

My family and I enjoyed the most fabulous 10 days here. It was the perfect space to accommodate our large group, adults and kids alike. The outdoor space was spectacular, we spent every evening cooking in the outdoor kitchen and eating our meals enjoying the sea views. Management of the home was really wonderful as well. The washing machine was not working properly when we arrived and a new one was delivered and installed the next day. Marilen also provided us with delicious Paella, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future.

We've spent a week at the spacious Casa Alba villa with our family of 10 adults and 2 small children. The location was great and had stunning views over Moraira and Calpe (which are both conveniently close, about a 10-15 minute drive). We spent most of our time outside by the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. I would recommend the pool heating if you are travelling with small children. I do think the interior of the villa could be modernised (especially the beds / mattresses, many complained about being stiff and uncomfortable), although it didn't really bother us too much since the weather was very nice and we spent all our time outside. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Casa Alba for larger groups; we had a great time and would visit again.

Our extended family of 10 had a wonderful week here in May. The villa is beautiful, pool perfect, surrounding area gorgeous with plenty to see and do, and the views are just incredible! Perhaps not the perfect place for a very young toddler or the very elderly as there are many steps and the beautiful infinity pool does drop right away, but our youngest at 4yrs old was absolutely fine with it. We loved the outdoor kitchen and being able to “live” outside. We would definitely return to this villa when we are next in Spain.

We booked the place as a group of nine people (5 adults and 4 kids). Everything went smoothly. Coordination before we arrived, reception, support during our stay (which was only needed once due to an electricity issue) and departure. The place is indeed beautiful and no complaints about the offering at all. It was clean and well looked after (inside and outside). We were not aware that the rooms at the pool floor are completely separate from the mid and upper floor – a separate small flat - but it worked well in our case. We knew that temperature/weather could be critical at the end of April, but our kids used the pool anyway daily for hours. A big plus in this regard is the pool heating. It did cost extra – but having a pool heated up to 30 degree Celsius when air temperature is ten degrees lower is definitely a plus. While the view is absolutely stunning, the wind at this rather exposed hill – at least in April 2018 – makes you wearing a pullover in the shadow of the nice veranda. Also eating outside in the evening was not possible. We have been told by independent people that Spring 2018 was cooler than usual and that wind typically collapses in May. We very much enjoyed playing tennis at the nearby tennis club (Club de Tenis Benissa / www.creativetennis.eu). Also the nearby nice village of Moreira has a lot to offer. We definitely can recommend the place.

The only thing that needs improvement is the ability to use the pool heater with other electrical items. At this time, the pool heater cannot run even if only the television is on. Also, there is no indication in the listing that the sauna is an extra charge, but it's €30 a day to use for some reason. We were really excited to have a sauna but ended up not using it due to the lack of ability to use electricity (all the power shuts off) and the fact that it was €30 a day.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday in this Beautiful Villa , all listings were as described on the web , The villa was more than large for the 11 of us staying and all the amenities were as advertised. Great WIFI for the kids , and the outside kitchen area was a god send meaning nobody was stuck away in the kitchen . Would 100% reccomend this villa and will definitely be back ....

The views from the Villa a breathtaking. The Villa itself superb. Very comfortable for two families, our party of 11, Villa sleeps 12. Bedrooms and on-suites all good sizes The pool area is fantastic, with an adjoining dinning area, its own kitchen and separate bbq area. The Villa is furnished to a high standard, with good wifi inside and out. You'll definetly need a car, Calpe and Moraira are both 15mins away and well worth a trip. Water sports are great in the area, beaches clean, shops and restaurants very good. Could do with a couple more sun loungers but the four and a day bed didn't cause us an issue. This is by far the best Villa we have stayed at.

Eramos una familia con 7 adultos y 4 niños (de 2 a 12 años). Grandes y diferentes espacios para estar juntos o tener cierta independencia. La mayor parte del tiempo lo pasamos junto a la piscina, con un comedor y cocina exterior que cumplian todas nuestras necesidades. Gracias a Marilen por su actitud y disponibilidad y a Ignacio nuestra enhorabuena por esta fantastica propiedad. Ah! Recomendamos el Restaurante Cañis, muy cercano y con una excelente calidad de comida y de entorno a un precio muy razonable.

Highly recommend this fabulous property. The villa is extremely spacious arranged into three separate living areas which worked perfectly for our family of 12. The property is very well equipped and importantly had a good WIFI signal. The real selling point of the villa is the incredible views which the photos don't do justice. The views are simply stunning and it was an absolute pleausure to wake up each morning to such a magnificent back drop. The pool area was also great and has a very well convenient kitchen adjacent to the external eating area. We spent very little time actually in the villa as the outside space is so pleasant. The area is great too with pretty coves close by and good and good services including supermarkets and some good restaurants literally at the bottom of the hill (recommend Rondo and Tartana). The service from Ignacio (owner) and Marilen (keyholder) was excellent. Marilen also offers a take away food service and her paella is highly recommended. A wonderful holiday in a special location. We will back to Casa Alba! Thank you Igancio.

We stayed 10 persons from 3 generations for a spicial birthdays. The wiew is breathtaking from every angle of the villa and especially over the infinity pool, we loved the pool area with the clean and nice pool, a 10 persons table, great a babercue and fully equipped autdoor kitchen. The villa itself is extremly spacios perfect for diffrent membres of the family to have " their own space". Bath, kitchens, etc. are of the finest quality and the intire property was spotless. I had a very good communication with the owner Ignacio, he was quick to respond to mails and very trust worthy, I felt totally secure inordering and paying procedure. I will recommend the house to every body there are looking for renting a house in SP Anette Knudsen

La maison était magnifique et immense dans une urbanisation sélecte , comme décrite dans l'annonce. Maison bien équipée et propre (il y a toujours des petits détails qui coincent, mais pas importants, ce sont les vacances ! Nothing is perfect). Superbe piscine, douche extérieure, étage "de vie d'été" au rez-de chaussée fantastique avec bar-cuisine et barbecue (il y avait deux autres cuisines intérieures que nous n'avons pas utilisé!), vue à couper le souffle.Parfait pour venir à deux familles avec enfants (confortable pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants/adolescents) Propriétaire super sympathique et attentionné.Marilen nous a très gentiment reçus à l'heure prévue, j'avais demandé si cela était possible de nous faire quelques achats "de dépannage", à notre arrivée, tout était là comme demandé: notamment sodas et rosé au frais, important après 1600km de voyage!!! A recommander. Nous adorons Moraira hors saison (nous n'y sommes jamais venus en saison)c'est une endroit "reposant" avec toutes les commodités nécessaires à quelques kilomètres.Restaurants, lounge bars au choix...et notamment le restaurant et le lounge bar du club nautique, superbe et de qualité. Bonnes vacances à ceux qui nous suivront dans ce magnifique endroit.
