Friendly staff, good room size and comfy beds. For a cheap stay, was fine.

The bathroom was poor, shower had to be held up manually. Not much choice at breakfast.

Location, walking distance to everything in city center. Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. Old hotel with character. Comfortable bed. Bottle of cold water provided for each guest on check in. Fridge in bedroom.

Stayed in the same room on 2 different dates on our trip. Sadly on both occasions we felt the room was not cleaned properly, especially behind doors, under the rugs, between bed and locker. We found dust/hair/food crumbs from previous guests. The public areas seem to get more attention than bedrooms. We noticed several cleaning staff on the corridors, it's a small hotel and old/full of character and bedrooms are dark, but this is, no excuse for not cleaning the bedrooms. Decor is dated and needs refreshing. Rugs on floors should be removed, very unhygienic/dirty. Water from shower leaves entire bathroom floor flooded, drainage not working well. Vent in bathroom needs to be fixed, very noisy.

Very nice centrally located older hotel. Close to downtown attractions.

having to climb numerous flights of marble steps with a 16kg suitcase to a room at the very top of the hotel. the bathroom is abysmal as it’s very small & the shower is a hand held one in the bath. the hairdryer must have come out of the Ark. the breakfast is poor. a glass of orange juice turned out to be Fanta!

silent big room. walking distance to city center. Simple but good breakfast.

I booked this place very last minute,and receptionist lady was very kind to let me proceed with an early check in. She was caring and offered me a different room also cause my previous room has an issue with AC I liked the location and staff hospitality.

Hmm perhaps this place needs to consider towels renewal,they were grayish and quite old/used…
