The room was very clean and looks like updated recently. The manager was very friendly and welcoming, the housekeeper was very thorough. Nothing was a problem to the staff. Close to shops and restaurants. Value for money and happy to stay again.

Bed was uncomfortable. No hot water. They ran out of gas. The pool area was discusting. Old rusty fish hooks on side of pool. Pool stuff everywhere. Not clean at all.

no wardrobe, leaking under the vanity reported but no plumber came to fix it as told, one towel to use for 5 days on day 4 offered and accepted a fresh towel but I did not get it, no room service, no tea towel, no glasses for water, very narrow space to get to the toilet.

The rooms are a bit worn out and dated. A bit cramped with 3 people.

The AC worked and the room was reasonably sized.

Reception wasn’t open when we arrived despite booking.com advertising a 24 hour check in. Furthermore, I specified in my booking that we would arrive at around 9pm and I received email confirmation from booking.com to state that this request was approved by the hotel. However, when we arrived check in was closed and we had to make multiple phone calls to the hotel to gain access to the room. This involved waking someone up which was inconvenient to both of us. The hotel employee stated that our request for check in at 9pm (that I made through booking.com and had been confirmed) was not known to her. Thankfully, she was on site and able to assist us otherwise we would have been stranded.
