Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything in austin but still on the outskirts. Can't say enough about our host and all the amenities in the house were awesome.

We had a great time staying at the house. The pool was, of course, a big hit with the family. The backyard as a whole was perfect for a family outing. Other than a 10am (a little earlier than normal departure),the check in and out process were very straightforward, The rooms were nicely kept and the decor was really creative and wonderful - we really liked all of the awesome paintings and wall hangings. If you are looking for a good summer spot for the family with a pool - this is a great option!

Came here for a little bachelorette getaway with friends and had such a great time. Kim was super responsive and so helpful - our grocery delivery arrived hours before we did and she was so helpful so our stuff didn't get ruined! The house is spacious, calm, and quiet but a close drive to everything. Beds are very comfortable. It is also fully stocked with pool floaties- so a pool party is a must. Would definitely come back here/kind of want to live here!

We stayed here for a reunion with a bunch of friends and it was absolutely perfect! This place represents all of my favorite things about Austin! Fantastic host, funky decor, comfy couch, huge yard with a view of downtown, grill, huge pool, great grass to lay on, tankless hot water heater, newer hvac, great dishwasher, open floor plan, big tables inside and out for everyone to gather for meals, super close to everything, garage, floats, front porch, cheap ubers, real glass champagne flutes, wine glasses, and sjot glasses, great bathrooms, so much space, and cozy comfoters and blankets, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of counterspace and extra stuff in the pantry for cooking! This place was perfect! Thanks so much for everything! We have such an awesome time!

This home was perfect for us and adult children and spouses (7 adults), as well as an evening with extended family. Very comfortable, with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed the pool. Rooms were good size.

Overall the booking process was easy, Kim was VERY responsive, and even offered to take inflatables at the last minute. I've never swam in a salt water pool, and I was very happy with it. Like it better than the chlorine pool! The Pool was deep enough to jump into but on the other side low enough for my beginner swimmers /young ones We enjoyed the yard mostly. She had everything we needed to make dinner, I couldn't think of anything we didn't have. Thank you we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The salt water pool was lovely. Kim was very communicative and quick to respond. There were a few issues with the house but that happens. She was quick to offer solutions. Huge backyard that feels private.

Really nice pool and cute sufficient VRBO. A very bothersome water issue in two of the bathroom. Broken bed in master was extremely uncomfortable. A few little issues like lamps that did not work and dusty stuff . Otherwise, nice pool, location where we wanted and good amount of room.

The house is a great size, beds soft. However the pictures on the walls are creepy. Only one Tv within the whole house. Bees kept in a box on the outside of the house. House is 30/40mins away from everything. Stores and houses around looks like your in the ghetto.

Super spacious! Very inviting with comfortable couch and beds, fresh sheets and towels. I would highly recommend this place for large groups like a bachelor or bachelorette party because of how much room there is! The house could easily sleep 8+. Great for relaxing by the pool and plenty of kitchen/dining space. I used the oven a lot, which worked great and there was plenty of refrigerator space for me to store food. I also loved the large dining table which made it easy to display a hefty spread. The backyard is huge and the pool was definitely taken advantage of! The water was not too cold and there are lights in the pool so I found we could enjoy the pool even after the sun set. There are even some pool floaties and toys for guests to use! Loved the open layout. I would love to come back some day. Thank you for your hospitality, Kim!

When we visit Austin, the east side is always our favorite. This location is super convenient. As a family of 3, we could have comfortably shared the house with another family. Kitchen was generally well stocked with utensils and pots/pans for making a simple meal. Highlight by far was the pool--a real deep end and felt pleasantly secluded with the landscaping on the edge of the property. Owner was accommodating when we found out we needed a slightly later check out. Hoping that we can find this place again for future stays!!

The house has a great layout for a large group. The pool was perfect. Great size and well maintained. The house was clean and decorated in a cool hip way. We were never more than 20 minutes away from Downtown, County Line BBQ and other great restaurants and shops. Kim was great to work with and was great at responding to anything we had questions about.

The place was awesome. Very clean and tons of room, esp enjoyed the outside area with pool. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We left a few things behind and she even offered to ship them to us. Thanks again!
