the house is really comfortable. The owner Ramona is always available as is her collaborator Andrews. I asked him for a list of things I found in the refrigerator before I arrived. at home nothing is missing from A to Z... you just have to bring your personal things. Then Fits Village is the most beautiful part of Barbados... we couldn't have been better.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with a beach view and a wrap around porch. It is nice and spacious on the inside, with air condition in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. It is very close to Jordans grocery store, restaurants, and walking distance from the beach. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment other guests.

The property is located on a hill 5 minutes from Fitts Village beach. The beach is safe and has very nice corral and fish. The neighborhood is safe with a grocery store nearby. We felt comfortable allowing our teenage kids to go out on their own. The property managers were very helpful and responsive. They provided us with a pedestal fan because we found the common area too hot. They even delivered a jacket that we had forgotten at the property to the airport! The property is located 5 minutes from the sea - so it does not get a lot of breeze. The common areas got a bit too hot for us because it didn't have AC. As a result we did not spend as much time in the common areas as we would have liked. The apartment feels a little dated. The toilet stop working twice and the dishwasher was loose. The property manager promptly fixed these issues on our request. Overall I would recommend the property for its location and good management. Would have given 5 stars if the common areas had air conditioning.

First floor apartment. Sea view. Close to lovely beaches ,Quiet road. Panoramic large balcony. Good size open plan living area. Our extended stay was very enjoyable, and helped by a supermarket in close proximity.

Very nice apartment,well maintained and ocean view because located on the top of a small hill.Quiet place away from road noise.Small supermarket at good prices around the corner in front of a Italian restaurant.It is also easy to take the bus to visit the island.On the other side of the road access to the beach.Very rocky however. Thank you Ramona,communication with you is very easy and you are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will have great memories.

My husband, mother and one year old daughter rented Ramona’s place in Fitts Village for about 12 days. It was the most perfect, comfortable, well appointed apartment. The property manager Andrew was awesome and knowledgeable and even gave me a ride to my relatives house when I was stranded. My only suggestions are to have a cleaning person come in the middle of your stay if you have a long term rental. We cleaned ourselves halfway through but I would have liked an option not to! Also, we had a one year old baby and we couldn’t go on the patio with her. One of the photos of the patio showed a mesh that was no longer up. We just kept patio door locked to avoid any accidents. Overall it was a perfect stay. I plan to rent here whenever I’m in Barbados and you should too.

This property is lovely, spacious and located in a convenient spot. We were greeted by Andrew, the property manager who walked us through all that we needed and provided great options of things to do while on vacation in Barbados. Enough room for 4 women on a girls trip, sleeping quarters felt like home. Breakfast on the veranda was a fabulous way to start our morning off before heading to the beach down the street. Thanks Ramona, you have a lovely home....we will be back!

The pictures accurately represent the apartment and all the mod cons that you need are supplied. Excellent wi-fi. Full range of TV channels including Netflix. Ramona was very fast with her replies. Andrew (the Property Manager) immediately responded to any of our questions. Two very useful extras were the beach chairs/sun umbrellas and the BBQ. You don't necessarily need a car if you are prepared to walk up and down the hill. Very convenient to have Jordans supermarket at the bottom of that hill and just across the road the wonderful beach with toilet facilities. Note: You can recycle/get money back if you take your plastic bottles into Jordans. We had a car for a couple of weeks to explore the island but then used public transport which was cheap, regular and easy to use. Be aware however that the property is located in a local neighbourhood and behind it is some open grassland. Nearby small holders use it to graze their animals and this sent the many neighbouring dogs into a complete frenzy - barking incessantly for hours. This did disturb our sleep.

Just spent 10 days in Barbados. Ramona's home was great. it is just far enough up the hill to get out of the noise and bustle but close enough to everything you might want including the Fitts Village Beach which has a nice sandy spot to go in and some really great snorkelling. Jordans grocery is very handy. The house itself is five star. Andrew, who met us, was a fount of knowledge so much so we could never keep up with him. Thouroughly enjoyed the stay and absolutely not one complaint.

We enjoyed our third year in the apartment and we love it. The view is magnificent and we especially appreciate viewing the ships arriving in the morning and leaving all lit up at night. The apartment is well kept and tastefully decorated. And as a plus, this year we got to meet our landlords, Ramona and Ralph King. What a treat that was. Andrew, the building overseer was very kind and took good care of us during our stay. The apartment is close to the beach and there is a local supermarket at the bottom of the hill, a 10 minute bus ride to Holetown.

Ramona and her staff always have everything spic and span - the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook your own delicious meals - plenty of towels for showering and the beach! The grocery store is right near the beach so it’s easy to pick up groceries. From the airport pickup by Yvette to Andrew meeting us at the apartment to our final goodbyes - Ramona is top notch! Thanks again and we’ll see you next year!

My boyfriend and I were in Barbados the end of December 2018. I have to say our trip was awesome and Ramona’s apartment was amazing!! Great location, fully equipped and super clean!! It looked just like the pictures!! The location is great. Not even a 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarket to do groceries. The area is super safe and the neighbours downstairs are so sweet!! The patio is the best!! You have a beautiful ocean view. You can also catch beautiful sunsets from there and watch the cruise ships come early in the morning and leave at night. My boyfriend and I rented a car but the apartment is so central to everything, you can take the bus which stops at the bottom of the road almost anywhere. From the moment we booked Ramona was super sweet and helpful. She arranged to have a taxi pick us up from the airport, helped us find a car rental place, and even gave us a very detailed list of places to visit and things to do during our stay. Andrew, the property manager was also very friendly and helpful. He was always just a call away. All in all everything about our trip was just perfect!! We loved it!! We would return to Barbados in a heartbeat and would most definitely stay at Ramona’s apartment again without hesitation!! Angela and Chris

We had breakfast on the patio each morning with a view of Caribbean. Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked. Also had folding beach chairs and umbrella...which we appreciated. This is a good location with access to sites and beaches further north as well as Bridgetown and beaches on south coast. A car is definitely recommended. WAZE worked very well for navigation. We were there 11 nights and never ran out of sites to see. Andrew the property manager was very responsive; initially we had a problem with barbeque grill, but he fixed it right away. Also, Romona, the owner was very attentive. We really appreciate their efforts.

We were very satisfied with this apartment, it was spacious, comfortable and had all the necessary features for a comfortable stay. The hill from the main road up to the apartment might be a challenge to people with mobility problems and without a car but the view overlooking the sea and the lovely cooling breeze compensated somewhat. The building manager Andrew was available and helpful at all times. We had an enjoyable stay.

Well kept, clean, very attractive property, wonderful balcony where you can watch the ships arrive early in the morning and leave late in the afternoon. The owner's daughter, Ramona, makes sure that you have everything you need and the property manager, Andrew, is very responsive and efficient.

Every morning we begin with our delicious coffee - sitting on the balcony - looking down to the ocean. It's a memory that will forever be ingrained in our minds. Everything is really perfect here. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The master suite bed - comfy! We were here for 5 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Thanks, Ramona, for everything. My wife and I stayed here for a month from Nov to Dec 2017. It was a lovely apartment with a great view to the sea from the balcony where we would often sit, having a cup of tea and watching the sun go down. The accommodation suited us very well. It is well located with good access to all parts of the island. Although there are regular buses, after a few days of travelling on 'Reggae buses' with very loud rap music and heavy base, we hired a car for the rest of the stay which gave us much more flexibility and peace! Jordan's supermarket is at the end of the road which is useful (be warned if walking, the road back is is quite steep in the heat). The Massy supermarket in Holetown, which opened while we were there, is better with a bigger selection. We were a little concerned when we arrived to find that there was a building site opposite with 2 houses partially completed. However, it became evident that there had been no building work for a while and none took place while we were there. The house next door has still to be finished off but again we were not bothered by it. What we did find intrusive were the local pet dogs which appear to be shut outside and bark (yap) for hours day and night! We had a wonderful time and the apartment suited us very well. Ramona was very helpful with the arrangements leading up to our trip and Andrew Edwards, the property manager was also helpful with advice on where to visit etc. Sent from my iPad

We had a girls trip from May 3-7. Which just flew. This was the best trip and best island I ever visited thus far. The property was great! Easy access safe clean everything needed was there. Andrew the property manager became our front he was amazing. It was so close to the beach which our own private beach it was amazing so relaxing. Close to the grocery store. We decided to go back every girl and make Barbados and this property our annual trip! Lovedddddd this place. Ramona was amazing she recommended the best things and answered all our questions. Very helpful! The locals are awesome very friendly but late night need to be strict with them sometimes and not lead them on. Otherwise no issues very safe very beautiful relaxing to the max best place ever crystal clear water

I stayed for two weeks at this property and everything was easy from the very start for the time we booked, Ramona was very responsive and arranged our picks up at the airport. The condo is bright, spacious, very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, we loved having our morning coffees overlooking the ocean - absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, down the street is the grocery store which we took advantage and cook some meals at home. (barbecue on the balcony) Also, took advantage of the fish market which is close by as well. The west coast boosts some of the best beaches in Barbados. There is a great beach down the street, however we wanted to explore so we took the bus to several other beaches that were very accessible by bus. Do try the yellow bus, loud music and they drive crazy but we so enjoyed it. Cheapest and fastest way to get around. I have travelled extensively and prefer renting a condo /apt and this place was perfect for being emerged in the culture. I fell in love with Barbados and I believe a big part of that was the location of this place. I will be definitely going back and will reach out to Ramona again to rent this apt. It was an absolute amazing vacation.

If you are thinking about renting this apartment, don't hesitate ... do it! Dealing with Ramona was so easy, and she is very responsive. All I had to do was book the apartment and she took care of the rest, from airport pickup for a variety of our guests to helpful suggestions on where to go. The apartment is spacious, very clean, great location, well equipped and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The location is perfect, at the end of the street is the supermarket, beach and the bus station. We took the yellow bus everyday and it was adventure, (loud music and hold on tight) but it was a such a convenient way to visit some of the most beautiful beaches in Barbados. We were all women who stayed here and I can tell you there is a very safe vibe. At night, we would head to Limegrove for drinks and it was only 10 minutes away. I stayed for two weeks and definitely will book with Ramona again, loved her place and fell in love with Barbados.

My friend and I spent five lovely nights at this place. It's a great apartment -- new, clean and in a great location. The management was also super friendly and helpful.

I visited Barbados with a girlfriend for 5 days in February, during the weekend of a big snowstorm in New York. Our vacation could have been ruined, but a few miracles (including Ramona and her endless hospitality) saved the day. Our flight was rebooked for the previous day and Ramona was very quick in letting us extend out stay for an extra night. She even organised a cab to pick us up as we were arriving late at night. The property is located in a great area - close to the beach and the local supermarket. It's got a great large patio which we used every morning for breakfast and planning out the day while looking out on the ocean. We rented a car and this was a perfect location to explore the island. The condo also had everything to stay in if you want to cook or even have a movie marathon. There were also beach towels and beach chairs provided for our use. All in all, I will be recommending this place to any of my friends planning to go to Barbados, which is the highest praise I can give to vacation rental.

Last summer my husband and I began our search for a winter getaway (that would last one month) on a beautiful island. We picked Barbados. Then the next task was finding an apartment/villa/house to stay in. We wanted somewhere clean - walking distance to the beach - and a view of the ocean. We got it all and more at Ramona's beautiful apartment. It is on the second level of a two story home - with a wrap around porch that provides sun or shade at any time during the day. We spent most of our waking hours on the porch when we were home. The apartment was super clean - the kitchen well equipped (as we cooked most of our meals at home) - the BBQ grill was brand new and we used it instead of the oven - the bed was comfy - and each week we had a wonderful woman come and clean. Ramona arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport - Terrvette Tours - were fantastic. The walk to the beach is definitely up a hill but we loved it. We loved the exercise everyday. Ramona also has four beach chairs in the apartment to be used at the beach and that saved us from renting chairs every day. The grocery store is at the bottom of the hill - across the road from the beach - super convenient to pick up what we needed. We didn't rent a car but used Barbados' excellent bus system. We saw everything we wanted to see on the island. Mostly we were at the lovely, quiet beach in Fitts Village - enjoying swimming, reading and meeting other tourists. Ramona - you have a lovely home away from home and hopefully we'll be back here again.
