Location is good. Gardens are nice and views are fantastic

House was ok with great bones however it is in need of major refurbishment. The pool tiles are peeling off, multiple kitchen cabinets did not have knobs on them, barbecue and jacuzzi were not working and some mattress eases need to be changed ASAP. On top of that, house was not adequately cleaned before we came, with full ashtrays in the pool area and dust throughout the place. It is a real shame because there is huge potential! In the garage, the geezer was dripping into a tank. Apart from that, you had multiple people coming to the house unannounced to provide maintenance on the garden without wearing a mask.

Stunning view to the sea. Amazing infinity pool & jacuzzi. Very spacious: 4 rooms + office. Big garage. Nice living room.

Old bathrooms. Confusing electricity switches.

The possibilities of this villa are just extraordinary. A genuine, luxurious family home, totally worth the price. Far from big hotels and tourist centers, ideal for those searching more adventurous experiences. Our flight was delayed and the hosts were willing to extend our stay by one extra night with gratitude. Thank you.
