Benvenuti nel nostro bellissimo appartamento al secondo piano (con ascensore), situato proprio sulla Seven Mile Beach!
L'appartamento si trova a Laguna Del Mar, una piccola e accogliente comunità condominiale completa di piscina privata, vasca idromassaggio, barbecue, accesso alla spiaggia privata, campo da tennis, laghetto e sicurezza 24 ore.
Il nostro appartamento dispone di tre camere da letto, tre bagni, un luminoso soggiorno con una spaziosa cucina completamente attrezzata e una grande terrazza con vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul tramonto.
Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano letto in pelle, un televisore a grande schermo e un grande tavolo da pranzo
La camera da letto principale ha grandi finestre che si affacciano sull'oceano, accesso diretto alla terrazza e una cabina armadio completa. Il bagno principale è dotato di due grandi lavandini, una doccia aperta e una vasca idromassaggio.
La seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto king size, bagno privato con doccia e un ampio armadio. La terza camera offre due letti matrimoniali.
Tutti i pavimenti e le pareti del bagno sono arredati in marmo di alta qualità e tutte le camere dispongono di biancheria di alta qualità, TV via cavo e WIFI ad alta velocità gratuito.

The condo itself is great, but the location is no longer as represented in the photographs. Over the past year, the beach in front of the condo has been fully eroded. There is practically NO BEACH, certainly not as shown in the photographs. The What used to be 20-30 feet of beach is now effectively 5-10 feet, maximum, and very rocky. So much of the beach has eroded, that this condo is technically no longer on "Seven Mile Beach." Whereas one used to be able to walk the entire Seven Mile beachfront from the condo, this is no longer possible as so much of the beach has eroded that the beachfront is now landlocked between two properties.
My suggestion is that for someone looking to stay ON Seven Mile Beach, to look elsewhere. If you're looking to be NEAR Seven Mile Beach, then this is a good property. But for the same price, I would look beginning at
The Sovereign and north.

This unit is First Class. I don't know, but I assume it has recently been upgraded. Fabulous master suite. Big, clean kitchen/ great room. Three full bathrooms. Screened in porch that looks directly onto the ocean. The beach is small, but I like the neighborhood. Within walking distance to a few restaurants, coffee shops and Tortuga liquor store. 4 minute drive to Foster's grocery. The facility is quiet, but it's only a 2 minute walk to the Marriott if you want to experience nightlife

The condo is recently updated and in great condition. The location can't be beat, right next to the pool and beach entrance. Great location as well on Seven Mile Beach. We didn't need much from the property manager Yuri when we were there(which is a good thing, nothing really went wrong). But when we did need something, Yuri was very prompt to respond. We would stay in same unit again and probably will!

Setting was great for our broad age range (4-80). A lot of time spent gathered on the balcony. Plenty of room to spread out. Beach nicely shaded in the morning, then pool shaded in afternoon. Grounds and its creatures pretty and a source of entertainment. 7 Mile Beach is significantly eroded compared to years past -- this property had some beach, while neighbors had none. Tons of nearby dining options. Hope you don't need it, but Georgetown Hospital Urgent Care was excellent.

Great location close to everything! Property was clean, comfortable and ready when we arrived. Yuri the property manager was very responsive to our travel arrangements and anything we needed. I highly recommend.

The space itself is perfect. Lovely large rental with a pond full of turtles and ducks, a fitness center and security. It has a private beach which would be great if you’re keeping track of little kids or just want privacy but it keeps you isolated from the main beach, you’ll have to walk ten minutes along a very busy street to get there.

We can’t say enough positive things about this vacation. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The appliances in the kitchen are wonderful. The view from the living room and master bedroom are out of this world. The beach is steps away. There are some rocks in the water but we just used rafts and floated right past them. The water is crystal clear. We felt safe and most importantly it’s walkable to delicious restaurants and stores. Hated to leave this wonderful island.

We had an amazing time at this property. It has a beautiful beach right out front. The property was well kept and it was nice to play on the beach in the morning hours and then head to the pool in the heat of the day. Great snorkeling nearby.

The property and manager, Yuri, were outstanding. Everything we needed was included and Yuri was there to help with any questions and assistance from check in. Great location and very clean. The view was amazing from the patio and master bedroom. The beds slept great, bathrooms were spacious and everyone in my family absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time as a family of 7 staying at this condo. We love the location and the layout of the condo is perfect. The views are amazing and the easy access to the beach, pool, tennis court etc. are all very convenient. The property manager is great to work with and very responsive. We highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The unit was super clean and well appointed with the exception of the living room couch which was worn out and the lack of lamps in the living room which was odd.
The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
The big negative was the depth of beach which was washed out in 2022 so there was no access to the main 7 mile beach to walk without wading behind 3 sea walls.
There is still a beach and a pool but limited access to the best part of 7 mile beach.

This property was on a stretch of the beach that is a little quieter - which we loved. We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and we got to watch wonderful sunsets every night. A fabulous trip!

Fantastic Condo in the Caymans
The Seven Mile Beach condo at Laguna del Mar was so nice and is so large. I went with my two girls in college and we loved the location, the view, balcony and kitchen. We love being in short walking distance to the Marriott and other spots for meals and drinks when we didn't want to cook. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The property manager was so quick to respond to questions and help and was very nice. This is our second stay at Laguna del Mar condos and we will definitely be coming back again.

Your property is absolutely gorgeous! Your property manager Yuri was very helpful when we arrived. The apartment has gorgeous views, and is right on the sand. It is very convenient when traveling with an infant cause you can go up and down to the beach in a beat. Very nice that is walking distance to Camana Bay and other stores nearby. However, it is a huge downside the rocks that are immediately in front of the building. We either had to walk to the right near governor’s beach which is public or went to the left near the Marriott. Maybe twice the ocean was very calm and you could spot the rocks and kind of evade them. Other than that, which is a big issue cause it’s dangerous the property itself is amazing. We had an amazing time with our children and grandson making memories. This was our fifth time going to Cayman and for sure we will go back! Thank you very much.

Awesome stay on SMB
This is a great unit with a location that is difficult to beat, right on the beach and close to a great range of bars and restaurants in the SMB corridor. The unit is a little tired in places, but these are minor points and do not detract from the overall high quality of the property and the great facilities on offer within Laguna del Mar. We had an awesome stay and would definitely return!

50th Birthday stay on 7 mile beach

The condo is exactly as described it was perfect for our family of 7 . Location is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and sounds. Check in and check out is a breeze and any issues the property manager is available without hesitation. We all enjoyed the unit and we are looking forward to returning .

Nice oceanfront property with lots of windows to enjoy views of the ocean. Having an elevator very convenient for getting luggage /scuba diving equipment upstairs. Plenty of beach chairs for guests. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Property was spacious and very nice. The property manager was very responsive and addressed the very minor issues that we had. The location is fantastic (near all the restaurants, bars, and shopping), and the ocean view was amazing.
