No breakfast offered as this was an apartment. Nice comfortable spacious flat, comfortable bed and lots of clothes hanging spaces. Wifi and tv good.

Toilet did not flush properly, could not use on last morning. However once reported to Pauline (Host) this was attended to after we left

The location was excellent for day trips to Oxford and the Cotswolds. And within walking distance were all the facilities needed such as supermarkets, take away food etc. The apartment had everything needed to self cater and was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive with excellent instructions for checking in.

Excellent location. Close to all amenities and great as a base for travelling. Clean and welcoming.

Location, able to relax, have something to drink when you wanted and only have to walk a couple of minutes to the shops.

Not that I didn’t like but I believe the bath tub drain could have been checked so the water drained quicker. Also when the curtains are pulled and the heaters are on this is a safety hazard because they could catch fire. Recommend moving the heaters in the bedroom and living room away from the windows and curtains.

Noisy on a Sat night.

Great location in centre of Carterton close to shops, restaurants and takeaways. Comfortable and well equipped accommodation that is great value for money compared to local hotels.

This is a comfortable apartment with good facilities. Ideal for a short stay. Great smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc, just don't forget to sing out when you leave. Fast wifi. The property is not the easiest place to find, especially as the directions instruct you to find Barclays Bank which closed over a year ago (its now Ladbrokes) Once you have found it entry is easy and it's within walking distance of Morisons and Asda. Tea, coffee and sugar are all provided.

It's noisy. We were treated to live music from one of the nearby bars which was quite loud (thankfully we liked the music that was being sung and the performer was quite good) and it went on until 11pm, so this could be a problem if you like a quiet stay. We were there Friday/Saturday and the area is quite noisy area until well after midnight, with busy local takeaways and bars all around. The hot water pressure in the kitchen sink was practically non-existent but it was fine in the bathroom so we just filled a kettle when we needed to wash up.

it was spotless, with a clean modern look. location was brilliant, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs/bars and takeaways all within a couple of minutes walk. parking was convenient and neat to property too.

Apartment was nice, shame about builders working in the Chinese takeaway until 11pm and being woken up at 6am but bin men and shop owners using the empty bins early in the morning, shame really, bathroom didn’t suit the rest of the flat

hot water taps ran dry a few times, very strange but only for a minute or so at a time also the toilet had lots of condensation on it so was always leaking onto the tiled floor we kept getting wet socks if we weren’t paying attention when going into the bathroom.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas . Our stay was absolutely perfect from check in to leaving. The host was really friendly and the apartment was perfectly situated with everything we needed close my. The apartment itself was lovely. Very clean and comfortable and quiet with everything we needed to give us the lovely quiet Christmas we needed. We couldn't fault it all and would definitely come back again as it was a great base for us and the perfect home from home. Thanks so much. Couldn't rate it highly enough. 5 stars from us.

Excellent Location and very easy parking. In the centre of the town but still very quiet. Anything that we might have required was accessible within a short walking distance. Apartment was spotlessly clean and excellently fitted out.

The appratment was clean, and farily well equipped.

We didn't like the decor - lots of mirrors, 'feature walls' and 'sparkly decorations'. Not our taste at all. Worse though was the area. It is just outside a big supermarket one side, and faces restaurant bins the other side.

Close to our granddaughter who we were visiting.very clean comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay would use them again.exelent.

It was very clean and in good condition. The owner was very helpful when we had problems. It was also well located for the purpose of our visit, with plenty of shops and places to eat.

The bed was very soft and the sofa was uncomfortable. The noise from the neighbouring pub was very loud and we had to keep the windows shut (and it was very warm during our visit) until the pub closed.
