A little out of the way to hoi an, but make it a perfect serene place to rest at night. Staff are friendly especially the receptionist named Hue. She can do a lot of help when you stay here from laundry to tour advice. Over all it's a nice place while visiting Hoi an.

They should make some varieties in breakfast. And make sure it's enough for all the guests

Beautiful villa room and stunning views from the pool over the rice fields. Breakfast was great.

We had a few issues in the afternoon, a key got stuck in the door making the door unable to lock. There didn’t seem to be any member of staff in the hotel from early afternoon until the next morning, which was very odd.

Hồ bơi sạch và đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, bữa sáng ổn, phòng rộng.

Phòng xuống cấp rồi nên tu sửa lại và cũng nên báo trước hoặc xếp phòng khác nếu còn chỗ trống. Thoát nước bể tắm ngoài trời hỏng, nên vặn mãi không thể đầy vì bị rò rỉ. Máy lạnh trong phòng chảy nước phải chặn khăn để khỏi chảy khắp nhà. Đèn trong phòng chỉ bật đc 1/2, còn một nửa bị cháy, phòng lúc nào cũng tối. Chỗ máy lạnh rò nước lại không có đèn, ẩm thấp.

Không gian xanh mát, phòng rộng rãi. Có cả bồn tắm ngoài trời và nhà tắm trong phòng. Phòng xinh, yên tĩnh. Lễ tân và bảo vệ rất nhiệt tình. Từ Nghé đến phố cổ hay đi biển cũng khá gần.

Mình báo thay ga và chăn trong phòng 3 lần vì lúc vào phòng ga giường có nhiều vệt đen nhưng mình ở 2 ngày k hề thấy nhân viên đến thay. Cửa phòng cũng khó đóng và khoá lại

Super fijne accomodatie, rustige ligging net wat buiten het drukke centrum maar in 10 minuutjes met de taxi middenin old town. Fijne kamers, goed ontbijt en fijn zwembad. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, met name Hieu heeft ons super geholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Aanrader!

Der Aufenthalt war okay,die Ausstattung des Hotels bzw der villa wenn man diese so nennen kann ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und besonders sauber war die uns zur Verfügung gestellte Mini Villa auch nicht.

Der Umgang vom Personal zum gast ist sehr bedenklich,da die junge Dame die anscheinend das Hotel leiteit wenig Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste zeigt. Sie erkundigt sich nicht übers Wohlbefinden oder ob die Gäste nicht etwas brauchen. Sie ist äußerst penetrant und fragt täglich ob noch etwas zu zahlen ist Beispielsweise der Scooter ,obwohl ausgemacht war diesen am Ende zu zahlen. Sie schrieb meinem Bruder sogar über WhatsApp das er sich bitte an das Geld denken soll und das nicht nur 1mal....wir mussten 5 Std warten bevor wir einchecken könnten in der Zeit würde uns nicht Mal Wasser angeboten geschweige denn Mal nachgefragt ob alles okay ist oder ob man helfen könnte.auf nachfrage würden uns dann 4 Warme Wasserflaschen gegeben for free wie sie betonte .bei entgegennahme der Flaschen wollte sie für 2 Stück doch den gesamten Preis haben.

We like the hotel very much. It is really a hidden gem and good value for money. We could taste the real Hoi An here. The location is not far from the center of Hoi An, so it is convenient to travel to popular places, but still quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery of Hoi An countryside: rice fields, rivers, coconut trees etc. We like the reading corner, the free bicycles, the simple but beautiful decoration, the pond, the beautiful gardens and flowers, the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us book the popular tours at cheaper than normal prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
