The hotel pictures were amazing but when we arrived there was a huge party that took over lots of space. The room was not clean and very bare. No atmosphere in the hotel

The room was large and exquisitely renovated and decorated. The restaurant service was wonderful with great food and wine. Price was inexpensive for what you get. There were enough people who speak English to make everything a breeze.

WiFi signal drops off quickly once you get away from the entrance door. It was too week to hold a connection at the bed. It may be just my room.

Amazing views, clean, and very large rooms. Staff was very nice, and spoke English.

It was a little cold in room for us at October. Had a bit difficulty to find reception in hotel complex as the signs to reception had different hotel names written on than the name in booking.

I stayed here on my way to a villa we booked in Puliga . We stayed here to break the 6.5 hour trip from Rome and also booked the hotel on our return journey 2 weeks later for the same reason . I booked 2 rooms ( one room was for me and my wife and the other room for my 3 grown up children) on both occasions, with balcony and a side view and I requested walk in showers , didn’t want a bath tub , mainly for my wife’s arthritis and also hygiene reasons . On both occasions we checked in very late but was told this was not an issue as the desk was manned 24 hours a day . I could not fault out first stay , I have the hotel 10/10 and great review fist time round, location perfect, lovely clean rooms, shower as requested, side view with balcony and lovely polite staff . But our return journey was completely spoiled by when arriving at nearly midnight and a long drive to find out that they didn’t have our booking and obviously our rooms . We where eventually given 2 rooms apart from each other and different floors making it difficult due to we had packed one case for us to all share our final essentials and toiletries , then we found that the rooms had no balconies of view and the worst think no showers . We were all extremely tired so had no choice . We had breakfast in the morning all good and I would have thought that someone would have come up to us and apologised for the problem, but not until I went to check out and pay I was told , sorry about the mix up but seems someone had forgot to but your room down to be ready . I was not even offered any reduction in the cost of the rooms of any kind . This spoilt out stay for the whole family. But I would still like to stay that the hotel was lovely in all aspects and got 10/10 from me on the first stay, but the above let it down .
