Hotel was clean and simple. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very spacious family room, perfect for a family of 4.
There is no A/C so might get hot in the summer months.

Just 7-8 minutes walk to main station. Around was full of restaurants and groceries. Very calm and quiet place to stay, specially after events like exhibitions and seminars. Staffs were really helpful and welcoming. They checked me in earlier and it was a big help to me as I was going to Messe Dusseldorf.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage, get changed in the restroom hours after check out as well as the general friendliness.
Some of the facilities were old and ran down but it was clean at least.
The bed was a little too firm and the pillow was too thin. (However staff were helpful and provided another at request)

La gentillesse des réceptionnistes, serviables, souriant, aimables, le petit déjeuner, l' amabilité globale du personnel.
Des nuits un peu compliquées, avec un groupe de fêtards( Français ) dans la rue, un séminaire ou un groupe en état d' ivresse, d' ailleurs clients de l' hôtel, à 2h je leur ai demandé en ouvrant ma fenêtre de se calmer, de la boucler, ne plus crier et rire si fort afin que les gens puissent dormir. Concernant la seconde nuit : les éboueurs à 5h40 ! un vrai vacarme ! dommage ! des ingrédients très dérangeants pour le sommeil, Dieu soit loué j' étais en vacances, mais pour des gens en voyage d' affaire : hyper stressant ! pas de bol pour cette fois, car tout est bien dans cet hôtel. Je n'aurai pas pu rester une semaine...

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wirklich aussergewöhnlich toll: Kaffee und/oder Tee kostenlos soviel man möchte. Über Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nicht gefrühstückt haben
Schade, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, nicht einmal zum Be- und Entladen

Good location close to the city center. Good, clean rooms. Very kind staff. There's parking space just behind the hotel, which is perfect when travelling by car.

Very friendly staff, room was really clean and comfortable, breakfast also have decent choices, good value for money, recommended and happily again.
Finding free parking in the surrounding is not easy and the hotel parking for 15€ for a night is bit expensive.

There was no big expectation when i do reservation. However it was great hotel. Friend who work reception ( Salah) is really helpfull, good, friendly guy. He helps us every topic. Location is great you can go everywhere by walking and rewee is nearly hotel. Also room is pretty clean . I will stay again when i visit düseldorf. Thanks

The hotel is not far from the central station. There is a supermarket REWE and some restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable.
The room is a little smelly, we need to open the window for some minutes when we arrived.

The reception is the center point of the hotel and they meet you with a smile. Everything is personal, the mails beforehand, checking in is quick and easy, parking nice and safe. Getting into Dusseldorf was easy.
They can explain the city on a map, and have the best tips for restaurants in the area. We could not check them all, so we will have to come back. And surely return to this really nice hotel.
Nothing, price, location and hotel are in perfect harmony.

Very nice and helpful staff. They helped us several times, and even let us borrow the microwave when we were hungry and wanting to eat something quick and cheap. The room was very clean and big enough for two people.
The only downside was the pillows. They were very "lumpy", but they work if you don't have any neck issues.

Basic but clean with comfortable bed and good shower. Walking distance to all areas of city centre.

The hotel is good. Price/quality is very high. Personnel was great, we get every help that we need. Thanks a lot. If will be in Dusseldorf again, will use this hotel

For us it was one of the cheapest options with private bathroom (around 50 euro for two people) in the center location in Dusseldorf. The hotel have private parking for 10 euro per day. Our windows was on quiet private territory. Also saw hairdryer in the bathroom. Good for one day stay or for touristic purposes (when you do not to stay in the hotel all day).
- a lot of mold in the bathroom. But at the same time shower cabin was pretty clean
- someone else's long hair in bed
- very poor soundproofing in the rooms
- the floor is very cold, but the hotel does not provide slippers
- one morning we asked to open the garage to take an umbrella from our car, the administrator resisted and tried to assure us that it was not raining outside
