The position ,and room was a good size. Breakfast very good, friendly owners.

Room a little warm.. external door lock not reliable.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were good and the breakfast was excellent. The location was beach front, and our room had a view of the sea.

The rooms are single glazed, and although a permit for parking is provided, there are no dedicated parking spaces.

Very friendly staff, lovely hotel, very comfortable bed and spacious room and breakfast was very good. Hotel good value for money and a good location.

Short walk to centre of weymouth. All facilities we needed including a high end electric fan and fridge which was great in the hot weather. Tea and coffee in the room, shops nearby. Lovely room with great view. Excellent breakfast, hosts made us feel very welcome. Very good value for money. Would definitely book again.

Only down side was parking but managed to find a space on a residential road (outside parking permit zone) which was a 10-15 min walk from hotel. This would not put us off going again.

The room was lovely - comfy bed, tea making facilities, toiletries. Location is good being on the sea front and a short walk to town. Room was really clean and we felt very welcome during out stay. A great breakfast in the morning before checking out.

We stayed in the poster bed room, the room was huge and really clean! Excellent views of the sea. The hosts were so friendly and made our stay even better!! We will definitely be returning!

The room wasn’t very clean, while having a shower water wasn’t going down the plug hole,very high from floor to shower, to get out of the shower you had to lean out to try to hold onto the handrail on the opposite wall, could be potentially dangerous. could have done with a good clean in the bathroom especially in corners , new toilet brush and underneath the top of toilet tank lid

We stayed 2 nights. Enjoy it! The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The bed was cozy, we had a great sleep after hiking. And the breakfast were delicious. We were so full and didn't even need lunch.

The room we stayed is near the road. It could be abit noisy if you are a light sleeper. But it's acceptable, I was able to sleep with ear plugs.

It is right on the sea front , Nick & Caroline are very accommodating, lovely breakfast , nice big room , clean, mini fridge in the room . We loved it. Thank you for making our W/end a nice comfy relaxing place to be . We will definitely be back to stay again the next time we come to Weymouth.

Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choices even provided items off the menu for my 12yr old. Service was excellent, lovely couple and very helpful. Room was spotless, comfy double bed with a fantastic view of the Pavilion and sea. We had an ensuite with a TV, mini fridge etc. Far better than the local premier Inns we had stayed in. You are made to feel very welcome and at home. Will definitely return

Only thing I would of liked would of been more power to the shower, due to being in the eves but the shower was perfectly useable and we always had fresh towels. This is the only thing I could find to add constructive, you will not be disappointed it's a lovely place.
