Good position

Very outdated. TV didn’t work. Not enough electric points. Shower very slow. Grey towels which were once white. Description of amenities not correct and need updating. Breakfast not very nice. Toilet flushed twice a day on average.

The hosts were very pleasant. The location was quite good. There was a communal fridge in the dining room that came in handy. The price was reasonable.

There were plumbing issues with the shower and the WC. But these could be worked around without too much problem. The sound of gulls started at first daylight and made it difficult to get a full nights sleep.

Excellent location, opposite the Esplanade. Very nice and generous breakfast. Room was a little small but comfortable and perfectly adequate. Anthony and Nicole were excellent hosts. Anthony took an interest in our plans and gave advice about places to visit.

The Wi-fi was a bit temperamental, sometimes not there at all, other times it was there but quite slow. No other complaints.

We loved staying here. There wasn't anything we could fault, the location, the warm welcome, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was superb each morning and the recommendations to eat locally and places to visit were brilliant - we had a lovely stay and will be back again :)

Top set of fallse eye lashes found on bed side table. Shower leaking, water slow. The water took a long time to heat up, then went scalding hot no matter how much you turned to the cold side. Bed was uncomfortable and very creaky.

Everything was fantastic, the breakfasts were superb, the location was just right for the beaches an town, the owners were very helpful and friendly, we would not hesitate to recommend the Molyneux to our friends .

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect very handy for the beach, town and other places of interest. The host was very friendly.

One bed mattres needs replacing as you can feel the springs,the bathtowels need replacing. The shower metal tray was rusted and the sealant was black in parts. The dado rail was dusty.

It might enhance the business if they left the customer service and interaction to the husband who is very pleasant and makes one feel welcome. Some minor rules seemed rather petty. ie turn off sockets? When I was asked if I wanted to order breakfast ( which is extra) I requested one just on my last day as I was out early on the other days but apparently that wasn’t possible? Car park at the rear is very small and the usage system somewhat limiting and complicated - it’s easier to park by the front where it’s free 6-9.30.

Fantastic breakfast, great location, friendly and helpful proprietors. Appreciated having a parking space. We really enjoyed our stay.
