Well-furbished room close to a tram station as well as a train station. And quiet enough to have a confy stay/sleep.

Perfect location - quiet place close to lake, with walking distance to downtown. Apartment is very clean, kitchen with all amentities, comfortable bed with excellent linens. Last but not least - very friendly and helpful staff, great welcome on arrival. Five stars!

The location is great. Quiet at night and convenient to go around the city. The apartment is clean and the kitchen utensils are nice.

Some appliances need a serious upgrade (hairdryer, microwave, water boiler). Cleanliness wasn’t optimum (dust and hairs) building overlooking requires that you close the curtains even during the day (for appt #32) Very noisy common areas week days and weekend included.

Nothing i don’t like

I have got nothing but praises for this company. They made my whole stay and my first time in Switzerland extra special. It all started when I was taken to the room I will be staying by a lovely lady who was very welcoming. What a lovely surprise it was seeing I will be staying in the penthouse. Two balconies, a big room, air conditioning, fan, blackouts for the glass doors/windows, two separate toilets, one with a bath and a shower, etc. The apartment was so well equipped, though I didn't get to use most of it. Coffee, tea, a bottle of water and baking paper were also provided and was free for me to use. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard. The area was quiet, I had a good night's sleep every time. The location was great. Close to the lake and a walking distance to the city centre. The tram/bus stop is 3mins away too. I have nothing wrong to say about this apartment. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The staff members I communicated with via booking.com were lovely and efficient. They responded to issues promptly and were very helpful. I thought I was a bother at times but they didn't make me feel like I bothered them and they always told me to ask if I needed any further assistance. I finally got to meet them at the Nordstrasse branch to drop off my luggage for a while before heading to the airport. I was very impressed with that branch too. I wondered why they aren't a 5-star hotel. The highlight of it all was when I received a card and gift on my birthday from EMA. I can't explain my emotions at that moment but I was so so happy. To think someone would do something like that for me was...I am just grateful. This apartment was God-sent ☺🤗. P.S, I had my personal mailbox and doorbell 😄. Thank you once again, EMA.

Close to Opera House / Lake / Excellent service / Near to a supermarket!

Location: Super easy to get around, what is not walkable you can get to by tram with a stop a minute away. Most places you can walk to within 30 minutes. Apartment: Was very clean and in a safe quiet area. The space is roomie with a nice balcony for morning coffee. The bathroom is small but the shower power is good. I do think the coffee and tea should be restocked when the room is cleaned during your stay, this was slightly disappointing. The fridge is also a good one that actually keeps items cold. I was there a week so had to use the washer/dryer combo which worked perfectly. Host: They were responsive and available for any concerns or questions.
