Very nice, good just to spend the night there, the bed is comfortable.

The hotel is 5 min walking from Zurich HB. Super market near the Hotel. The hotel has luggage storage facilities.

The reception area is very small.

The room is clean and nice and give some candies very nice!!!! AC works perfectly!!!! Outside was very hot The wifi didn’t get in our room

Great location close to the train station, river and lake, and the grocery coop.

A little pricey but probably similar to other stays.

Five minute walk from the main station, literally on the river with great views of central Zurich, in the middle of the nighttime bar/ daytime café and shopping scene, direct tram to/from the airport, friendly staff, very comfortable for short stays in the city. Tip: get a room with a river view!

The entrance is in fact a bar - we walked right past it first time - not so great being stared at by bar guests whilst waiting for check-in, but for casual relaxed trips it's no stress otherwise.

The hotel was right in front of Limmat river with a great view from the room. It was just 3-4 mins walking distance to the main central station (very convenient for travelling to the airport) and 10 mins walk to Burkiplatz with lot of options of restaurants nearby

The rooms were quite small and bit worn out and did not have all the facilities listed (e.g. we had to ask for electric kettle, the mini bar fridge was not working which we wanted to use to keep the Swiss chocolates) and breakfast option was very basic (which we decided not to go for)

It was in a great location!

The bathroom was designed poorly. It flooded every time we used the shower. The outside of the hairdryer was metal and I burned myself several times. You had to walk through the bar to get to your room. This wasn’t an issue for us but if you have younger kids it might be.

not a hotel, check-in is in a bar for the public. interior very small and not well looked after( broken wall boards in hallway). safe not working in room. old and damaged statues on balcony. bathroom interior mould and flickering light. general smell of spice cooking throughout.

Superb location just, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to everything (historic center etc).. very nice room although on the small side but we already new that.. very nice view to the river, very nicely and tastefully decorated and clean..

The bar on the lobby had some (not all) "strange" people and had loud music (turning to a bar!!) some times and we had to pass through it to go to our room and that was uncomfortable with our child.. also the corridor outside our room and the helping spaces was not very nice to see and a bit of a mess.. also in our departure day the person at the lobby gave us a huge misleading information about the cost of the taxi that was outside to take us to the airport, claiming that it would be 15-16 swiss francs maximum and we end up paying 67!! Francs..

Great location and view from the room. Staff were great and very welcoming.

Third person bed wasn't very comfortable. Noise from the ground floor restaurant/bar on some nights.
