We have just returned from a family holiday at villa hankelma and was one of the best holidays experienced in Dalyan. The location is fantastic being only a short walk from the high street with plenty of bars and restaurants on offer. The villa is fantastic with ample space for 7 adults and 3 under 10s. Outside the pool and dining area is brilliant but the icing on the cake is the water slide where the kids were up and down all day and the adults enjoyed it just as much!! Wayne is fantastic and always on the end of the phone or a text away if you have any concerns. We will definitely be staying here again

An amazing holiday was had due to the location and the luxury of Hankelma Very private with the mature trees and bushes It really is only 1 minutes flat walk to the supermarket and the nearest restaurant and bars Our children ( and adults ) really enjoyed the pool slide The owner Wayne was very helpful and made the booking process easy and secure We will 100% be returning Boat trips are a must Wayne even arranged our transfers

Perfect for 10 adults with 5 en suite rooms nice kitchen and dining area. There is also an annex for 2 additional people. Pool area is great for lazy days and evenings. Totally secluded yet within a few minutes walk to the main street with dozens of bars,restaurants and even more shops. Fully recommend Dalyan. Numerous very good restaurants, it's perfect as everything is in walking distance and very flat. The local people are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you. Can fully appreciate why so many people return year after year.

Rooms big and property and location ideal for a large party.We loved staying here.There is an ant problem in the garden though that needs addressing

First time out of season for us we did Xmas and new year. The villa was lovely and warm and quilts are available for all bedrooms. We stayed in a few nights and cooked for guests . There is plenty of cookware and crockery although I would recommend a garlic press. . Although it is very quiet this time of year I would highly recommend a stay as you get to see the real dalyan. Security around the villa makes you feel safe and the owner is always available on phone if any issues. Promptly sorting any issues. I would happily stay here again.out of season

not a dissapointment just enjoment all the way pool and the big blue slide kids will love it and its fast too villa has got lovely bedrooms and walk in showers the whole place is so welcomming we are wanting to book next year too

Great Villa, Great Facilities, Great Pool; and a really enjoyable Water Slide (for both young and old kids!).This was a Family Holiday to celebrate our 40th wedding Aniversary with our Daughters, their husbands and our Grandchildren.The location was first class with stunning views onto the rock tombs carved into the mountainside. A very short walk to the start of the "High Street" but far enough away to escape the general hubbub. We all had a great time - Thank you Wayne.

Had a wonderful week at Wayne's place in Dalyan. 12 of us stayed (6 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of room for all. The villa is located right next to a park with a place to kick a football, a basketball ring and an outdoor gym. It's just a couple of minutes to the supermarket and into the heart of the town with loads of fantastic restaurants and shopping. The slide was a wonderful addition and the kids used it constantly during the week. The bedrooms are modern and spacious with plenty of room to unpack. The house faces the rock tombs and we enjoyed sun-downers on the top floor balcony watching the sun set behind the mountains. There's lots to do in and around Dalyan. This year for the first time we tried white water rafting which was fantastic. Although it included grade 4 rapids, we felt safe and were in good hands - one of the boat leaders was the Turkish Rafting Team captain! We had a Turkish bath at Han which was great. Also did boat trips to 12 islands and a dive trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa was great and comfortable. The addition of the slide to the pool was phenomenal it made the holiday. Only down side is that there was no crib, highchair or heating in the pool/jacuzzi area, as is advertised, which were the 3 deciding factors for us travelling with an 18month old.

Another brilliant stay at Hankelma, 2 mins from start of town and nearest supermarket, restaurant and bars. Even an outdoor gym on the doorstep! Added bonus of a water slide for the pool, although it is a bit big it was so much fun!!! Kids will love it

Absolutely beautiful property, right in the heart of everything you could want. Owners very helpful at every opportunity and can honestly say there was nothing not to like. Our first time in Turkey, the food and people are wonderful. Already planning our return to this villa :-)

Beautful house, near the centre, in a quiet area with splendid view of rock tombs. Clean, spacious and excellent pool area. The slide will be big!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely villa for two weeks. It has everything you would need and is in the most perfect location, away from the Main Street (5 Min walk max) but near enough to pop back if needed. 2 mins from nearest supermarket. The villa has six large bedrooms, one being accessed from outside, all with lovely spacious bathrooms attached. The pool is a really good size and in sun all day. The outside shower is great and the outside bathroom is a real bonus. Plenty of sun loungers and pool towels are available. We had a fantastic time and love Dalyan. We would recommend this villa to anyone, especially for the location. Hope to be returning soon.

My family 3 children and my wife and myself stayed at HANKELMA in August Hankelma is a lovely 6 bed villa ,we enjoyed the amazing views of the rock tombs and they look amazing lite up at night The children were spoilt with uk tv channels and internet ,the villa is very close to the main street with bars and good restaurants and there were many to choose from We enjoyed the boat trips on the river turtle watching and crabbing The 3 downstair bedrooms made it so easy for our needs We will 100% be returning to this villa
