Schöne Einrichtung, Frühstück ganz gut
Nur ein Handtuch-Set. Seltsame Klopapier-Halter. Verfärbte Kloschüssel. Keine Handseife. Matratze sehr weich. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter hat sehr wenig Deutsch verstanden.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber, Zimmergröße & Ausstattung (Geräte) sehr gut (haben ein kostenloses Upgrade von Economy auf Standard bekommen)
Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht moderat einstellen (selbst die kleinste Stufe hat voll herausgeblasen) und hat sich automatisch abgeschaltet, wenn man das Zimmer inkl. Zimmerschlüssel bzw. -karte verlassen hat - in Folge dessen war das Zimmer natürlich ständig total überhitzt, wenn man irgendwann wieder ins Hotelzimmer zurück kam.

the hotel is located on the third floor without an elevator, but it is not written anywhere in the description of the hotel on booking.com. the breakfast is very bad, plus it is located in a completely different building, which is about 100 meters from the hotel. the shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel were more than a year out of date. I asked for new ones but the front desk staff told me there were no others. Told me there was a pharmacy nearby if I wanted to buy some. That was very rude and disrespectful. I also didn't get the room I paid for. The bathroom got clogged and there was water everywhere. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again!

The front office staff are helpful. Although on the ground floor with almost no view from the window, our room was quiet comfortable. It has all the basic necessities and was super clean. Bathroom was spacious.
Unfortunately rooms are not sound proof so every time someone opens or closes their room door in your corridor, you will wake up like I did multiple times throughout the night.

Fine hotel, friendly staff. Great cocktails at the bar. The bus stops right before the door of the hotel. All the sightseeing things are easy to visit starting from the hotel. And at a 10 minute walk there is a great bar 'Alberts' with a cocktail happy hour every night.
The hotel room was very hot in the night: the window could not open (broken) and the airco did not work, either. The bar was closed on Sunday, that was a pity. We had to go elsewhere to get a drink.

The electric curtains made the room really dark for a proper sleep and I had a huge, very comfy bed with kots of pillows.
Walls are thin and it was noisy still from the surrounding rooms.

Hotel location it all depends in which area you want to visit or to stay…. driving a car it’s always a plus as it easy to go everywhere…:-)
I did not like that they charged me 14€ for 2 bottles of water 500ml

i always loved the Quentin since years now. great staff and location.
cleaning service was a bit so-so

the hotel is stylish and the rooms are exceptionnally large - unfortunately the bar was closed 8 i think due to the difficulties with staff after covid! ) and on sunday there was a cut in electricity so breakfast did not work but the staff was very helpful and we could take it just across the street.

I liked that the room had great amount of apace and that the bed was very comfortable.
The only aspect I didn’t like was that there was some areas (above head) that were a little dusty.
