Amazing staff, tasty breakfast and super clean room even do it was a bit dark and cold

La Mariscal has became into an unsafe neighborhood. Be careful even one block away the Hostal. Make sure you call a cab ahead if getting or leaving late

The people running the place were really nice, they were helpful after my wallet had been stolen and helped me in a terrible situation but the Problem is Quito, it is truely the worst place on earth and I feel sorry for the good people that live and work here

Don't go out after 10pm!

The day staff was friendly. Hot showers. Central location

Our room was very, very noisy. We could hear every car on the street as if it were in our room, and there was a lot of traffic during the night. Very basic breakfast, with as bread component only 2 dry slices of plain white bread. The night staff was unfriendly. We arrived back in our room at 22 o’clock, we were not allowed to switch to a quiet room at the back, even though it was available. Next day we could switch, but we did not sleep during the first night, and many rooms are on this side too

The staff was very helpfull and kind . The rooms are clean

Not safe at night because Some guys selling drugs in front of the hotel and some prostitutes

Comfortable beds, hot water, good location
