No 1 Bellevue Terrace è un'affascinante porta principale del centro città, appartamento con due camere da letto situato al piano terra di un imponente edificio georgiano nella parte orientale della storica New Town di Edimburgo del XVIII secolo. L'ampio appartamento è stato recentemente restaurato con gusto con una nuova cucina chic, tappeti e combinazioni di colori freschi in tutto.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful property during the last phase of our 2 weeks in the UK. The property was HUGE and very comfortable for our family of 4. It is ~20 mins walk to get to the Royal Mile and an easy walk everywhere. We loved the neighborhood feel that allows us to get away from the crowds. Would recommend this spot to anyone staying in Edinburgh.

A very comfortable and attractive flat on Bellevue Terrace. The kitchen provided everything we needed for our meals in. The bed chambers are comfortable and spacious. And we felft very regal in the sitting room.

The flat is very tastefully decorated. Kate is very easy to communicate with, and I had no issues with my stay. It’s in a great area of town and I highly recommend this place. I will have no problem staying again when I come back to Edinburgh.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We used Uber a few time going to the royal mile and bus station due to rain and wind which was 5 minutes away. We walked back to the apartment each night from old town at most 15 minutes downhill. Nice restaurants very close. Market close for stocking up on food. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Nice bathroom, comfortable tub. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We used the clothes washer also.
I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The pictures don’t do the flat justice. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was easy to hop on buses and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved staying there and look forward to staying again in the future.

The apt was lovely. Plenty of room so that 4 adults were not running into each other. The only downside that I can see was our own. As we were not wlkers we had to take uber into Edinburgh as it was to far for some of us to walk.. Otherwise I can't say enough good things about the apt.

I highly recommend these accommodations in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained. I loved that the owners gave recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. So helpful! We will be back in the future.

This property is more beautiful in person. It is huge! Was spotless. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Very close walk to a Tesco grocery store and a wonderful place to get breakfast/coffee called Crumbs with very sweet staff. It was the perfect beginning to our trip. The walk to the city center is about 20-25 mins but is easy and feels very safe. It is also very easy to get an Uber or taxi if that is preferred. Check-In was super easy. We would absolutely stay here again. The only downside which was minor was no dryer (which seems to be common in Scotland/Ireland) but there were plenty of hangers and places to hang things to dry (bathroom has a great towel rack). This place is gorgeous and we felt so safe!

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and the location was great for us - a nice quiet street but close enough to everything that it took 10-20 min to be where we wanted to be. The host was great and everything was as described.

We had such a great time at this incredible unit. Everything on one floor was a plus. All rooms were huge. We were on an almost 3 week vacation and stayed at MANY VRBO sites and this was by far the most clean, elegant and amazing unit. many great restaurants and pubs nearby and the welcome guide gives many good recommendations. We loved O'Conner's pub, 2 min walk from unit and very family friendly plus 500 whiskies to choose from. We went there 4 out of 5 days and always felt at home. The manager checked up on us when we arrived, very thoughtful. This unit is a must stay. Thank you

Huge apartment in a quiet area of Edinburgh but close enough to walk or taxi to the main places of interest.
Apartment is completely on one level, no stairs which is wonderful when one late seventy years old.

The apartment is lovely, very spacious and well equipped, and the location is great. We ended up going out mostly in Bonnington locally. Great bar very close to the apartment called Pickles - very busy and buzzy. Nice pubs and a good selection of restaurants in walking distance. A short walk to Princes Street. We had a great stay.

The flat is beautiful! A wonderful two bedroom flat with more than enough room. We walked everywhere from the flat with ease and loved that it was close to grocery as well. Could not recommend it enough!!! Kate was a wonderful host as well and very communicative.

Fantastic property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exactly as advertised and close to so many different locations. Coming from out of country this was the perfect location to really be at the center of it all. Amazing stay!
We were really impressed with the size of this rental- it was way bigger than we had expected it to be. Everything was extremely clean. We felt very comfortable staying in this area and it was located just a short walk to Old Town. There were a lot of tools in the kitchen to use. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

A great place to call home to visit Edinburgh. Only a short walk to the main attractions, with public transport and supermarkets nearby.
The flat is super spacious and well equipped, whether you plan to eat out or in and offers a great place to relax after a hard day shopping, sightseeing or exploring

Best apartment in Edinburgh we have stayed in by far...very convenient location within walking distance to the centre, comfortable, exceptionally well appointed, child/family friendly (helpful to be on the ground floor with own entrance if you have luggage). It was above our expectation and just lovely. I felt I was home. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

It is not often you find a city property that offers such good value. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side but as a family of 4 it was fine for the 3 nights we were there. The location is perfect for walks into the city and gives easy access for drives out to to the local beaches or neighbouring towns. We did a road trip round Scotland and this property was without doubt the best value for money and the only one that I would recommend to family and friends.

It is not often you find a city property that offers such good value. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Short holiday to Edinburgh with family
Best apartment in Edinburgh we have stayed in by far...very convenient location within walking distance to the centre, comfortable, exceptionally well appointed, child/family friendly (helpful to be on the ground floor with own entrance if you have luggage). Beautiful apartment in very nice area
This lovely Apartment was so spacious with wonderful decor. It was very well equipped for all our needs & made for a most comfortable stay.
Our thanks to Kate the owner who was very friendly & helpful. No problem in calling her.
The apartment is close to the Supermarket & there is a corner shop very close by for essentials.
Restaurants are within walkable distance. We had such good food.
We would recommend the apartment to others. You won't be disappointed.

Great location & lovely flat
We very much enjoyed staying at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The beautiful flat was spacious, stylish & comfortable, in a great location close to the Newtown & within easy distance of shops & restaurants & cafes. When I’m back in Edinburgh I’d love to stay there again!!

Classy Retreat
The flat is lovely and spacious. The location was within walking distance to The Royal Mile, to Waverly Train Station, and High Street. Kate and Angus were very responsive and pleasant with any concerns we might have. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. I plan on returning to this property.
