Schöner Blick auf den nahen Strand, schöner Pool, kleine Poolbar, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt- keine schadhaften Teile. Das Hotel ist funktional ausgestattet.
Sehr nettes Personal, schon bei der Rezeption wurde man freundlich empfangen.
Frühstücksraum im Keller des Nebenhauses ( auch Hotel) , Geruch nach Kloake im Bad (auch bei anderen Hotels im Ort wird davon berichtet).
Möglichkeit zur Leihe eines Bademantels wäre schön.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, perfektes Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern direkt zum Pool.
Der Frühstücksraum war im Keller, wir haben erst im Verlauf gemerkt, dass man auch oben im Restaurant und auf der Terrasse sitzen konnte, aber zum Buffet wieder runter musste.

La camera aveva una terrazza e si trovava vicino alla piscina. La vista dalla terrazza é molto bella. Il parcheggio direttamente davanti alla camera.
Il buffet della colazione si trova sotto terra, quindi non ci sono finestre. L'offerta é abbastanza varia ma di bassa qualità.

The pool was beautiful,the bed large and comfortable and the location was a top spot.Pool bar man very friendly and helpful,but why is the bar closed for two days in June??
The room or though large but had no balcony,why on a six night beach boutique holiday you would get a road side room with no balcony or patio area.Pool bar closed two days in a week in June??breakfast in basement when you have a lovely coffee shop,when you say boutique I don’t think of carrying a breakfast tray up a flight of stairs to see light.Tables weren’t set only place mats again not what you expect from boutique,breakfast staff didn’t even say good morning,in fact they just served their own breakfast and went into back room,I saw many people knock to get food and drink replenished as the staff didn’t bother.Towels weren’t changed at all in six night stay,check out didn’t enquire after our stay,to busy on phone.Could be a great place but lots needs addressing.

Great location to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and even the supermarket. Great swimming pool and surrounding area. This is a new and modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and the next time I am in Sagres, I will be staying here again.
There is nothing I didn’t like about this place. If I had to mention something, it was that the shower water pressure wasn’t good. Also if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing away from the street.

Shower was dirty. There was black mold in it. Also, there was no safe. We thought that it was over priced compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel has a great location, our room was with a fantastic view of the ocean! Also, the bed was comfortable, and wifi good enough. The room is in good condition.

The location is good.
Being a beach property it doesn’t offer any room sliders. Toilet was unclean when we reached. Throw had a hole possibly being used by a smoker at some time. Hair dryer was broken. No bolting lock on the door. Toilet was smelly. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room properly, always found dust and sand in the room. Water logging near the pool making it very dangerous. Pillows were very thin.

The staff were rigged and unhelpful. I missed breakfast which was my fault but asked for hot water to make my own tea and they were unwilling to provide.

Amazing location with a superb view of the Rocky coastline. Room was very spacious with a nice balcony. The atmosphere is very relaxed.
The staff is not interested at all. They don't care about providing any kind of experience. The breakfast is OK but nothing special. Overall, we loved our stay in Sagres, but in this hotel you really pay for the location and the view. Don't expect more than that. If someone would give this place a bit tender, love and care it could be superb.

The location is perfect.
It lacked any love and worst of all it was damp. Everything felt slightly wet after being kept there. Clothes and a wilting paper bag!! Fixtures and fittings tired and bathroom felt very basic.

Room #1 had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We had to sleep with it all night with the windows open. The cleanliness was not up to par; hair still on floor in bathroom.

The breakfast room is in the basement and not very nice. It does not match with the standard of the rest of the hotel, The breakfast is typically Portuguese and ok.
