We had between 3-6 people for a total of 11 nights.The house held us very well. The 3 bathrooms/3 bedroom layout was perfect.The house was in good condition - not great. It needs a little TLC. New pillows and towels will go a long way. The dishwasher needs to be fixed/replaced. The pool heater didn't turn on - not that it mattered because the weather was pretty bad the entire time. A lot of the knobs/handles are loose and need to be tightened. The washing machine/dryer doors are not secure. With a little TLC this house could be amazing.IRenta was great in communicating. We received text messages about garbage night, about check in procedures, check out procedures. I would definitely rent with this company again.

We had a wonderful time. The area was great, close to the beach (10 minute drive), great food options and the pool was a hit with the kids. It was a good time had by all 5 of us.

The Lighthouse Point home was in a great location - close to restaurants, stores and the beach. The canal setting and pool allowed for a most relaxing time for our family. It was easy to find, has a full kitchen (with plenty dishes/utensils/pots and pans), linens and bedding were good. The master bath is quite large & lovely. Air conditioning worked great as it was almost 100 degrees every day. If you're staying for more than a long weekend, may want to bring your own basics for cooking & cleaning. I couldn't find on the website - but the beds include: a king, a queen, and 2 singles. A nice place to return to.

I woukd definitely say again . The house was cozy and modern. The beach is a 4 minute car drive and stores are just a walk away. It it's located in a cute neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and coffee maker.

The location and the property were perfect! However, I have to admit the home could use a little bit of TLC for it to get five star rating. The dishwasher didn't quite work right and was very loose. A few outlets were broken. A couple doorknobs were not secured. The first morning we were there we woke up and it was 80°!! when we checked in there was a water leak. There were no washcloths... So a lot of little things that didn't ruin our trip at all but kept it from being absolutely perfect!!

My friends and I had a very relaxing time together. The house was very clean and well equipped. There were two things that we came up against. One, some of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t have power. Two, the pool seemed that it hadn’t been clean for a while. I skimmed it, which was no trouble or surprising. But, the bottom needed cleaning. It was very easy to check in and out.

The house is in an amazing location with plenty of shops a short drive away. Having three bedrooms and three full baths was a plus for a family with two teen girls. No need to argue over who gets the mirror ;-)

Two cons:
- beds too soft, “sinking”, needs a replacement in my opinion
- electronic shower control center malfunctions at times
But do not let it prevent you from staying there.

Loved our stay. Close to the beach, dining, and stadium for bowl game. House was in great shape and matched the description and pictures. Would stay again.

Peaceful and private retreat
I highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. The dock on the canal is the perfect spots for a morning coffee or to watch the sunset. The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub larger than expected. The master suit is HUGE and all linens are of fine quality. The full size washer and dryer were a welcome amenity. The kitchen was well equipped. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining with a beautiful view of the canal through the 3 large sets of garden doors.
The location of Deerfield Beach isn't as nice as some of the surrounding areas like Coconut Creek or Boca Raton but the neighborhood did not feel unsafe.
I would absolutely stay here again and indeed very much hope to.

The property was just as shown in pictures. There were two issues that concerned us.
1) The shower in the master bathroom was terrible. We didn't know how to use it. All the water would come out at the same time, temperature went from cold to hot. We had to call property manager to help. He tried to fix it.
2) The bed in the master bedroom was very dangerous. There were points in the corners that stuck out, it was difficult to get in and out of.

The property was well kept except the landscapers only came once during the whole month and for that reason we had alot of lizards and iguanas. Everything else was excellent.

We had a lovely time, it was cool a few nights and the heat on the pool didn't seem to work well and the property manager was extremely responsive. We loved everything about the house.

Family Vacation
Well if we could give 10 stars, we sure would! This home was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, fishing off our own dock ( I caught a crab!), the perfect location, close to everything, including the beach! Fred was our property manager and he was amazing! Responded within minutes and we even extend our stay an extra night! If you're considering, stop and book it...and thank me later!

Deerfield stay
Hot tub was working the day we arrived and then stopped working. Called the property manager and he told me he would send someone over. Guy showed up and cleaned the pool but the problem was never resolved. Entrance is kind of sad with a curtain in the front door. Place was just ok.

4. The clock in the kitchen does not work. It stays at 11:18 which is hilarious because it's a cheap clock that could easily be replaced.
5. Good luck figuring out how to work the master shower, washer and drier. They all work you just need detailed instructions which I didn't find available for me.
6. Was not told pest control coming. we found out when we were leaving for the day. He actually wanted me to allow him in house while we were gone.
7. The pool is smaller than it appears but the pool is nice.
8. The remote for master fan did not have batteries to operate fan. I had to buy batteries in order to operate fan. It was funny because only two batteries were in remote when it needed 4. Very strange. I took the batteries with me when I left so hopefully management replaces.
All in all the house is nice but not managed well.

The location is 3 blocks in from Federal Hwy (US-1), therefore convenient to eateries, gas stations, food stores, and shopping.
