these staff was very nice and the property was a good value, it was a little far from the city center and the airport.

Shirani, the host, was so extremely helpful and really went the extra mile, leaving me a voice message as to how to navigate the buses at the airport and where to get off in San Jose center, to then walk and change for a San Pedro bus. He was very welcoming and kind. A great host. A beautiful place with many beautiful plants in the gardens, very clean, good value, and well-equipped with a full kitchen.

I couldn't be better there! Chill!

I have visited a few places in Costa Rica, and none of them come close to the hospitality of the staff or the cleanliness and quiet of venue here at Casa Kibi Kibi. Everything you need is situated within a 5 minute walk. Awesome place Awesome people

I have nothing to complain about. Like I said above everything you need is close by and everybody at Casa Kibi Kibi is exceptionally helpful.

El lugar es super lindo. Super comodo y Shirani es suuuuuper amable. SUPER QUIET and excellent to live for weeks and weeks. It has everything you need and have a supermarket, drugstore and bus stop 20meters away from you. Excellent place!!

Shirani was amazing as a host, took ample time to call me and help out with getting to the location and also recommending places to visit in Costa Rica. Gus was very kind to help me in and show me around when I checked in. Location is convenient with shops and amenities nearby and bus takes you into center in around 25 mins. Communal grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Great place to use as a first bolt hole if you fly into San Jose Costa Rica and scope out your next move.

Room was a bit damp, clearly due to humidity but also toilet which wasn't aired well so that moisture went into the main room, could have opted for a room without a toilet but preferred that one.

You couldn’t wish for a more helpful and friendly host! Shirani responded promptly, warned us what to expect in case of renting a car in Costa Rica, ran to the nearby grocery store to exchange our dollars, arranged us a taxi, recommended a close pub where we could have filling and delicious dinner—whatever we requested. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality once again! :) The single room (with shared bathroom) what we booked for a night is one of the basic options, but it serves the purpose. Overall, Casa Kibi Kibi seemed to be the perfect place for backpackers.
