the only (small) issue was that it is quite noisy at night with bars but they close early

Fantastic location close to bars, restaurants and the sea. Room is a good size and with great aircon. Really comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful.

Can be a bit of noise from bar downstairs but couldn’t hear a thing with some earplugs so didn’t disrupt sleep.

nothing really. it’s an older building with double glazing in a central location so it can get a little louder on a Saturday night but we always travel with ear plugs

really clean and great location! provided a lot of towels (helpful for beach swimming) and all the necessary amenities (including band aids!). kettle along with tea and instant cappuccino packs were also provided. The host was very accommodating to our check in and check out times. the location was the best part! a minute walk to the water and the palace walls were right in front of the building. we didn’t have any problems bc we had hand carry luggage but for those with larger bags or access needs may have problems taking the stairs. the apartment is only accessible by stairs. otherwise, everything was great!

Amazing host; amazing room! I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel room! Everything was very well thought of. Our host even left us umbrellas when he saw that it was pouring down, so thoughtful! I cannot recommend this place enough; absolutely fantastic!

Everything was great from start to finish! First of all, the location couldn’t be better. The room was huge and decorated with taste. All the equipments were very modern and functioning. On top of everything, the owner and his father were super welcoming and helpful. We won’t go anywhere else in Split from now on !

I loved the location right in the centre of Split close to lots of great restaurants & cafes. The room was really clean and spacious and had everything I needed.

Great location, centre of town but not in the noisy bit. Bakery just outside of the door and 2 mins from where taxi can drop you off. 10 min walk to Ferry. We were met late at night and given they keys. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and brand new bathroom. Shower great and all products and hair dryer etc included. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Only thing to note is that it is on the 1st floor with no lift. No problem for us but might be for someone less able. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely accommodation.
