La habitación es muy confortable, limpia, iluminada! Tiene una pequeña heladera y una jarra eléctrica para calentar agua, para café o té. Hay que subir algunas escaleras, pero no tantas comparado con otros hospedajes.
Ana fue muy amable, nos explicó todo y nos trajo el control remoto del aire acondicionado cuando se lo pedimos!
La ubicación es excelente, pegado al tren con lo cual para moverse por el Cinque Terre resulta perfecto. El único tema es que se escucha demasiado el tren! Pero basta con cerrar las ventanas y prender el aire!

Great value for money. Grazia was always helpful and contactable. The room is cute, old traditional Italian/Capri style Architecture so extends the Capri experience and it's 1-2 minutes walk from the main square so ur not far from all the action but removed enough so its quiet. Even had a proper hair dryer!

The pillows were too big and they did not have small ones to offer... The location was practical because one minute from the train station but soooo! noisy. Had to keep the windows shut all the times!

The location was fabulous, very close to the train station and easy to get to. Met by owner who was there very quickly after our arrival. The apartment looks down on the main walkway.
Steep stairs, but manageable. Loud noises from the trains passing in the night. This was the only negative to being close to the train station.

Good internet. Great water pressure in the shower. Provided shampoo, soap, etc. Very pleasant owners and cleaning lady. Located right on the main drag.
A little noise from passing trains and neighboring room but not terrible. No bowls for cereal. No washing machine. Actively peeling paint on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom.

Absolutely perfect accommodation. It’s right near the station and in the centre of beautiful Vernazza so the location couldn’t be more perfect. Anna and Luca are both so lovely, and extremely helpful. They’re ready to help any time of day. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, and of course the other beautiful Cinque Terre villages. Can absolutely recommend!

Location was top, it is simple, but has everything you need.
Anna and her son Luca are very friendly and helpful.
As the bathroom doesn’t have a window, there is a bit of a humid smell in the room.
Easy fix, if you leave the window of the room and the bathroom door open for the air to circulate.
If you are sensitive to noise: you can hear the trains and announcements of the train station.

Good people, nice room and village.
The promised cleaning aren't happened, so we had to buy essentials like toilet paper.

The location has its advantages and inconveniences. Advantages are that it is close to the train station however this meant that you could hear the train announcements + train throughout the night and the morning.
A part from this inconvenience, the place was large and comfy!
The noise from the train station and it was cold because we came at a time where the heating could not yet be turned on.

The location is excellent. Just a few steps from the Train station. The room has a teapot and a fridge. Wifi works well.
The noises from the room beside can be heard, but it is not so bad.
