location and accessibility to the city

our room AC was not working day and night. despite we complained twice and the team were not able to fix it. I have to sleep with my kids in warm temperature.

Overall, very recommended if you want to be on a less noisy, outskirts of the city center but still within walking distance from several points of interest. Room has a balcony with pretty good views (I was on floor 13). The room was spacious and well distributed (I booked the "Deluxe Double or Twin Room"). Bed was comfortable but not enough for me specifically (I got back issues so that's not something on the hotel). Nice bathroom with good shower. Their menu for the room service was also very nice and tasty. Service was friendly and nice, something that I appreciate given the fact that English is not extensively spoken in Georgia. Got a supermarket and some restaurants/fast food chains (KFC, Dominos) in the vicinity as well.

Breakfast was overall good although a little limited in variety for my taste. However what was there was pretty good.

Very comfortable room, great buffet breakfast, very clean, friendly staff.

The building is a little bit grey, and there is no touristic offer at the hotel (no contact with travel agencies for excursions, no city map...)

room size - pictures in Booking is not close to the real room as I think photoshop did a great work - the sink need to be fix but no one did it during my stay - no shataf in the bathroom - house keeping did not clean the room for 2/ days
