Habitacion y baño y pequeños, mobiliario antiguo, la cama doble pequeña, almohadas incómodas no dan cenas, el horario es de 20:00 a 00:00 de la cafetería pero vas dentro del horario y no tienen nada

Very friendly, helpful staff

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have clean towels daily. We had a small balcony which was very nice to have. The front desk staff were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for the walking we did, and things we wanted to see and enjoy. It was a great value as well.

Another outlet in the room would be helpful. And, I journal when we travel. There really wasn’t a comfortable place to do this in our room, and the breakfast room would not allow entry until a specific time. It would have been nice to have been able to sit at the table in the breakfast room (or perhaps in another common space) earlier than the time they open. Other European hotels allow this.

Great location for sightseeing, close to train station. Close to bus stop for early morning airport service. Staff always greeted me with a smile.

The walls were thin, so I could hear voices and sounds around me.

I wanted to take my friend in the middle of the day to show her my room. They didn’t let her come with me. Which I find very strange and never heard of these rules before.

Rooms are cozy. Breakfast was ok. Staffs were very helpful and smiling, Location Excellent.

The staff was kind and helpful. When my husband and I arrived were offered a room upgrade without additional cost. The room and all facilities were in good condition. The bed was comfortable and enormous. Excellent location, near to all historical sites.
