I have order the tea nd water bottle for almost both of them delivered in my room in between almost 1 hour later.

I like the ambience of the hotel....nice reception...well behaved staff...and the location was awesome.

1.Early check-in cost you extra money which is not listed anywhere 2.Mosquito repellent available. 3.Average taste of in-house kitchen meals with heavy pricing. 4.cleanliness not maintained even after telling the housing staff

Not a single thing

No cleanliness in room and washroom. Also, below are a few things which I think good enough to annoy a person: 1 . no water heater in the washroom 2 .No proper water supply in the washroom and when asked the staff they just ignore you. 3 .Flush not working 4 .Large yellow spots on the blanket and bed sheets 5 .Bad service, food 6 .Dust everywhere

Size and interior was good.

AC was very older one and remote was not working. Also Hot water not available / provided by the hotel even after multiple requests.

Food ordered for room service was good.

The location is in a lane and everything is very far. The bed was unclean and had mosquitoes and bed bugs. It was a nightmare to sleep as they kept on biting. Wi-Fi speed was very slow less than 2mbps. Bathroom was unclean.
