Everything was bad. Is this a 4 star? Don't think so. No privacy, a window for reception another for the main road if you want privacy you need to close all windows therefore no natural light. Fridge noisy and without those door shelves. Price, it has hidden costs 2% when paying by card. Room, no sound proof, you can easily hear your neighbor and the main road is pretty noisy. Balcony, rusty and old, the balcony is rusty and the wood is not in the best condition. Internet is slow and shared across rooms you could play a chromecast in another room. Tv was really bad. Bathroom door locker not working. Window blinders were damage letting some light pass through. Door was damaged not very safe. Location, is great to be close to the lake but the main road is noisy and the room is not sound proof.

The pillows were the best I’ve experienced staying in motels around the country.

Close to town and very clean

The person at the desk was unfriendly. The stairs and the shower floor were slippery and very narrow. .

The Premier Unit was comfortable and clean. Location was great. Close to everything and great view of Lake.

Great location, good size apartment for two of us. Easy walk into town.

Alot of rain when we visited, fairly slippery outside on decking because of that.

Property was clean and tidy.

Couch in 11 could do with replacing. Stained. TVs are all very small and could do with upgrade.

We were pleasantly surprised to find clean towels and more milk on our second day of stay. It was a lovely unit in a great location. Parking was tight due to big cars but great to have so nearby. Decent size accommodation and great to have cooking facilities if one needs them. Lovely view from both floors.

The walls were a bit thin but the road noise was very little. Beds were sagging a little but overall fine.

The Friendly Owner Boris presented me with a bottle of red as my room was not ready on arrival to compensate for the lateness. He had staff off sick and was very busy. He also did I could check out later than the allocated time. Very kind gesture which made my stay at the Motel exceptional. Fabulous place and excellent location in walking distance from all amenities. I will definitely be back. Could not fault anything.Spa bath in the room was also nice after traveling. Thank you Boris and staff for making my stay at Le Chalet Suisse memorable. Amazing views from our unit.

the couch and chair were old and well used. Looks as though some of the areas had been updated but the rest need doing too.
