the property is quite new. nearly everything seems new except the shower head.

the shower head could not be hung up. I had to hold it when showering.

It’s a really nice place,clean and excellent value for money. Mary and her husband are absolutely fantastic. They really went above and beyond for us. When we first arrived, I was disappointed with how far out it is and Mary arranged for her husband to take us to the shop for food - at the shop her husband noticed I wanted to buy olive oil but the bakery was out. Ten minutes later he knocked on our door with olive oil from their own supply (the hotel is in the middle of an olive grove). Mary gave us information on a restaurant we could order from and a number of a taxi driver she liked.

It’s not close to anything - you really need a car. I was initially really disappointed with this but in the end it worked out great because I wouldn’t have rented a car had we been in the city and the island is so incredibly beautiful but you really need a car to experience it fully.

Lovely room in a beautiful house. Very clean and with a little kitchenette. In a rural location not very close to restaurants or bars so a vehicle is needed to get around. You'll be stuck without one.

The whole service is perfect. The place is maintained by the personnel very clean and friendly. The location is perfect - quite environment and a good place to stay.

We were with a baby and it was perfect for us.

If we could have a separate room for the baby it would be great.

Beautiful view over the sea! Calm and peaceful place with nature. Nice hospitality perfect place for couples! Amazing terrace /balcony to sit and eat breakfast there or dinner. The room felt like 5 star! I so recommend it ! This was a little far away from center but with car is ok. In morning I heard chickens but I liked it. Near there is a supermarket few minutes away and a delicious steakhouse restaurant called crossroad. I highly recommend it! Also they were very helpful people there in Mary Pension. Over the whole island of zakynthos I think this was the safest, calmest nature are to stay in away from all noisy center. Highly recommend it! Defenitly will go back there soon again! It was price worthy and you can place your ATV, car or motorcycle just infront of window where you stay. :)

Sometimes when asking in English they didn't always understand but it's ok. Or that it was very far away from everything if you don't have a car.
