The location, the views from the apartment we could see the pool and the sea. The apartment was spacious perfect for a family with 2 children. Salou at night very spectacular, we liked to go for a walk at night to see the source of lights. The pool and kids activities were good. I imagine that the animation is affected by the covid but even so our children enjoyed the activities. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

When we went to check out the person at the reception charged us for having eaten every day at the hotel buffet, it was false, we only went 2 times and it was paid and she got angry when I explained to her that it was already paid. She was uncooperative ordered me to speak to the restaurant. Luckily we found the receipts and she didn't even apologize. Very unpleasant to be about to end the experience.

Information in booking.com is not actual (real situation is better) - wrong location of keys, parking is free (at least off-season), wifi is available.

Great location and facilities. Best part of the city - everything nearby but was mostly pretty quiet. Stuff always tried to help when we approached them. Amazing pools area. Great view from the top floors. Everything was clean and fresh.

Initially the request for a top floor and quiet room was ignored and we got first floor apartment overlooking the car park. So we had to go specifically to ask for another room. Staff did everything they could to help and we loved our new corner room. The only concern there was the gap between balcony panels in one corner part, which our son tried to play with. And as he could easily fell down from there iit was not safe and we had to look after him every second. Also I felt it could be nice to have a shampoo and a conditioner as it mentioned toiletries. However it was one general liquid soap bottle which said "gel and shampoo" on it, Internet was so slow so we can say it was not available most of the times. Satellite channels did not work. We could see there are Russian, English channels, but it said "not valid" or smth. Although it was daily maid service it would be nice to have some brush and mop in a case you spill something on a floor which happens with children.
