Decent size room and bed OK

Building in poor state of decoration. Room and bathroom especially not terribly clean

Our room was big and had everything we needed. The accommodation is all ground floor which work well for us and the dog. The staff were friendly, they went the extra mile to ensure our stay was satisfactory. Thank you.

It was in the right place People working there cared for it

There were no recycling facilities at the inn there needs to be bins for guests to recycle plastics

Small hotel, Staff was quick and nice, no issues. Rabbits outside the hotel were nice to see. next to the hotel are Costa ans McDonalds located.

Old facilities and would require refurbishment. No restaurant.

There were bunny rabbits in the garden and Amy on reception was a great help in trying to sort me a taxi and very friendly.

Where to begin! 1. Room smelt damp. When I returned home all my possessions smelt so bad I had to wash everything. Even the things I hadn't worn. 2. Curtains were frayed so daylight came through in patches 3. Had trouble getting the shower to work. Every time I turned tap for warmer water the pressure dropped out and it stopped running 4. Showerhead was disgusting and hardened with limescale. Clearly has never been cleaned or looked after. 5. Despite having turned radiator up, it kept going off. I was cold and couldn't get warm and comfy and in the end I slept in my jacket. 6. Exceptionally poor lighting with one fitting that flickered. Why hadn't housekeeping/maintenance addressed this?! 7. When I left in the morning and wanted to complain at the poor experience, reception wasn't even open. 8. To add insult to injury it wasn't even a cheap stay. £140 to stay at a dank motel service station felt quite frankly like daylight robbery. Add to that the exorbitant taxi fees for someone to come from Winchester to get me to take me only 5 mins down the road, all in all it is not an experience I wish to repeat. It's a Days Inn, I wasn't expecting luxury but the basics weren't even good.

Couldn’t find the right one as postcodes the same - couldn’t get the same entrance twice ! Reception had a very bad smell in it also
