Very comfortable bed and great living space. Felt like a very homely cottage, with an attic area as well. The hot tub was a great addition to our trip.
The kitchen was well stocked, the host was friendly and even supplied us with some cooking oil as we had forgotten to buy some. Very comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming. I think the pictures don't do it justice; it's bigger than it looks.
The oven doesn't really work that well. It works, but very slowly. I would recommend only using the hob, which worked very well. We only found one dull knife which was very hard to cut anything with.

I was immersed in nature and peace, the real Icelandic countryside, animals included. I had all I needed for my stay and enjoyed overnighting in a tiny house just for me. The location was perfect in order to have the right flexibility to drive to Golden Circle and Highlands based on the weather of the day. The owner welcomed me personally the day after my arrival and made sure that I was having a comfortable stay.

The whole accommodation is so awesome and I was upset that i booked it for one night only. They have hot tub as well.

The location was close to everything golden circle wise. Place was very warm and cozy. The hot tub and grill were great. Place was very clean and plenty of room. Bed was comfortable and big. Very nice & communicative hosts. They were great and made sure we had a microwave and gave recommendations.
Pillows could have been more comfortable. They were very thin. A smart TV for streaming would have been nice instead of just 1 Icelandic channel.

Very cosy little house with everything you need! The house is far away from others, but still close to all the spots to explore in the south of Iceland. Insider tip: directly from the accommodation there is stanning nature for long hikes.

Very cozy place with hot tub and great surroundings. Very very friendly landlords, nice doggy and cat come visit, horses around and also a well equipped kitchenette, ask the landlords for tips about the surroundings!
It takes a while from the road to reach Birkikinn, add 10 min per way if you don't have an SUV for the gravel road

The price was pretty cheap comparing to what we got. There was almost everything we needed and extra things like the hot tub and a waffle-maker (that we didn’t get to use). The house was nice and clean and comfortable. The surrounding was nice and pretty. The host was very nice and lived next door. There was no foot towel, but when we asked the host gave us a floor mat, which was applicable. Check-in and check-out were convenient.
The bathroom was small. The bathroom sink was too small so the water was easily spilled out on the floor. There was no foot towel in the bathroom (but when we asked, the host gave us a floor mat, which was applicable). It would be nice to have a stove tube and a microwave and a turner. And you could smell horse dung on wet days (not that bad, though).
