The Villa is located on Montalbano hills, in a silent and nice area, very quite , with an amazing view and swimming pool opened from April to October. It is an autentical Italian experience this kind of holiday. Very good location and point to start your tour in Tuacany, to visit Vinci, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, San Miniato, Montecarlo, Firenze.

The stone building consists in 3 indipendent houses, one next to each other that you can rented all
Together for max 18 persons.

Only on request, it is also possible to rent all the property in EXCLUSIVE USE, with no other guests, for a large group up to 25 people to celebrate a wedding in my garden or a birthday or for a big family / friends group in holiday. In this exclusive option a 4th house, next to the others, will join to the whole renting .
Ask me a booking request and I will do you the best price for exclusive use because the 4^ units is not included in the price listed.

Do not esitate to ask me a booking request even if the calendar is not available, because I can also do a special offer if you are a small group of 10 or 6 or 2 people and if there is the availability, in this case you will stay in a part of the house , independent from the other with the pool shared and your Budget will be lower. The Tuscany villa is near by Vinci, Lucca, San Miniato, Certaldo, Pistoia, Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and the Versilia beach coast and Cinque Terre.
Pisa and Firenze airports are one houre by car. Bologna one houre and half by car.
Activities Golf, Terme spa, cicling, riding, walking and Canion Park is no far for adventure activities, Garfagnana mountains, Abetone mountain . Around the property there is very nice road in the fields to do a special walking!!

The village is far 4 km, nearest restaurants 2/4km , supermarket 4 km.
