Perfect location and hosts - fully recommend!

We liked very much the atmosphere of the villa.It is really nice to relax at the pool. The beach is also c close,max.10 minutes walk.

Stayed here with our family in September 2023. Very good location being away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into Coral Bay. The neighbourhood was quiet with the garden and pool both very private.

We have stayed in many villas over the years & this one has by far the best outside setup. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Villa as described, location is good, plenty of space around the pool, no car required unless wanting to go further afeild, lisa was very helpful as a host and answered all our querys

Lovely villa in a good location. Walking distance of main restaurant area, beach and supermarket. Generally quiet. Pool lovely. Air con effective (thankfully). Hosts left a welcome pack and quickly attended to the 1 small issue we had.

We booked to come away following a gamy bereavement, we never had stayed in a villa but knew we needed to get away but did not want a hotel. We stumbled across this Gem, and I really do mean it was a gem. Amazing from the moment we arrived to film the time we left. The property owners where brilliant and communication was open and they answered any questions we had prior and during our stay. We loved it so much we are already planning another Villa stay with the owners. Would highly recommend everything you need is within distance and if just like us you want to hide away to destress it was perfect. Sea You bar is a must for dinner with a sunset if you go here

The villa and location were perfect, walking distance to shops and beach but we mostly stayed around the pool , the kids loved it and we were able to take a well earned break……we will definitely be back Pat and Jo

The communication with the owner was excellent and check in went smoothly. The Villa was in a great setting with everything within convenient reach, it was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a brilliant size for swimming and was very private with lots of room for sun loungers etc. It was a welcome surprise when arriving late to find the fridge stocked with the basics, thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Felix & Lisa's beautiful villa. It exceeded our expectations and was like a home from home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The villa was well-appointed and spotless. The welcome pack of basic essentials, ie bread, milk, cheese, etc., was a great addition and much appreciated after our flight. We loved the pool which was heated so despite the weather being a little cooler we were able to swim every day. It was well worth the extra cost. The villa is close to lots of restaurants, bars and a supermarket which is only a short walk away. There is a folder in the villa with plenty of information about the area which we found very useful for planning days out or where to eat. We booked a tour with the local buggy/quad company (a short walk from the villa ), it was a great way to see some of the beautiful scenery and beaches. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, close to the beach but in a quiet location. If we return to Cyprus we would definitely book this villa again.

After a very hectic few months - the minute we arrived at the Villa all our worries disappeared. We were delighted that the Villa was exactly as described. We could not have asked for any better accommodation and will definitely be back.

Our villa was excellent, everything provided that you could possibly need, plenty of information on what to do and where to go, so clean and comfortable. Lisa and Felix are great hosts, loved the welcome pack, good communication and issues dealt with immediately. Fabulous, would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you.

Beautiful Villa could not fault

Really enjoyed our week in this lovely, perfectly located villa. We felt it was a home from home & both Lisa & Felix so friendly & accommodating. Wished we had stayed longer. Definitely be booking again.

Just had a weeks holiday at this villa and all of us did not want to leave! It is a stunning and very well equipped villa. The location was ideal for us - quiet area but within walking distance of everything - restaurants, shops, beach. Even the local supermarket drops you off with your shopping! The pool was outstanding and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. Lisa and Felix were very helpful from start to finish. Changed our booking over the last two years, organised our transfers to and from airport. Also arranged for us to have a day pass at local hotel on our last day due to our late flight, which was perfect! The welcome pack of essentials was unexpected and very welcome. The information pack they provide is full of lots of things to do and places to eat etc, which is very helpful. They were both just at the end of the phone if we needed anything. We will definitely be back again. I have stayed in a few different villas, and I have to say that this was the best one and definitely value for money xx

Immaculately kept Villa and a real home from home. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and private. Communication from Lisa throughout was great and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Also a very helpful book in the Villa, full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do out and about and discounts too. Definitely recommend this villa and will return.

A beautiful well maintained villa in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lovely views from main bedroom terrace. Would definitely come back again.

Gorgeous villa and outside area. Pool was delightful. Villa had everything you could possibly need and was spacious, and comfortable. Lisa always replied promptly, and nice information pack on arrival.

Villa was lovely and clean , and extremely well equipped, even inflatables for the pool ! A lovely unexpected welcome pack of essential was provided which meant we didn’t need to visit the supermarket till the next day which was very much appreciated. Lisa even sorted out a car for us and included was a free pick up from paphos airport . Lisa also arranged our COVID test for our return, and answered all our questions re COVID and restrictions . I would say everything normal but you do need to show at restaurants either your Cyprus pass or COVID pass but this was fine…..and never had to book restaurants but we did for a favourite of ours. An Italian at top of strip….la trattoria la Vigna We also recommend “see you”….. right on beach but you need a car Villa is also very private with high headges all around, and the sunset from main bedroom that has a balcony were amazing, There was a little noise from one villa next door but obviously this is out of Lisa and Felix control….and wasn’t sure if the people lived there or were renting like us ….. The only negative was the gardener for the property turned up unannounced one morning and just came round the back of the property when there is a bell on the front door which he could have used…..if you like your privacy like we do a simple ring of the door bell would have been appreciated. And obviously Lisa and felix may not be aware of this . He said he would be two to three hours but as this wasn’t convenient for us and we arranged another time with him which wasn’t a problem , a nice guy , just needs maybe to ring the door bell……. Overall we had a brilliant time at the villa and with all the uncertainty re COVID Lisa made it extremely easy re rebooking which we did twice and extremely helpful. The villa is also near the main supermarket and strip and beach . We would highly recommend this villa … we had a wonderful stay . Thank you Lisa and Felix

A really lovely week in a fabulous villa! Probably the best equipped place we've ever stayed, with beach umbrellas, cool bags and so much more - you really can pack light when you fly over! Comfy, spacious, a great pool and a very good location, and with incredibly helpful hosts in Lisa and Felix. We'd love the return someday!

The communication with Lisa was absolutely brilliant in the run up to our week at this lovely villa. This undoubtedly put our minds at rest with the uncertainty of the traffic light system and COVID restrictions. Lisa arranged a return taxi for us from the airport and we were grateful for the welcome pack in the fridge when we arrived. The villa itself is lovely and modern with a fantastic size pool and outside space, with the sun on it morning to night and it’s really quiet and private. Philippos, a very large supermarket with everything you may need is less than 10 mins walk away and if you turn down the road opposite the supermarket you are on the strip with all the bars and restaurants. You will need to show your flight pass to enter the supermarket and wear a mask. You do need to walk alongside the road for some of the walk to the supermarket. There is a go kart track there too. There are some lovely restaurants on the strip and our favourites on an evening were Trattoria La Vigna (gorgeous Italian at the top end), Lekanto and Seriani. Great food and staff, also try the Vasilikon wine. The Thai restaurant looked lovely too. They all do get really busy and you can book but they always found us a table for 5. We went to Dionysus too for a great breakfast or lunch (boys loved the cheesy chips) or just for a cold pint and to watch the footy! Great staff there too. You will also need to show your flight pass to enter the restaurants and all the staff wear masks. The tables at all are mainly outside or well ventilated so everything feels very COVID safe. One night we had a takeout from Pizza Hut and just enjoyed the pool in the evening too. Lisa booked our fit-to-fly tests to come home for us at a local lab which was a 15 min walk from the villa. Just waited 10 mins and they gave us our certificates. Really easy. We had a fantastic week in Coral Bay and were very sad to leave.

We had an excellent time at this villa. We were quite anxious due to Covid and had to re book flights and add extra days to our holiday, but this was all made easier with the excellent communication with Lisa before we went. Arrival to the villa was easy and it was exactly as described. The villa is well equipped with some cupboard essentials from other guests. The welcome pack was a nice touch. We realised there were no outside parasols, so we sent a text to the owners and they arrived an hour later with 2 brand new ones. The pool and pool area is fantastic with well kept and maintained gardens. There is lots of space at this villa and with 5 of us there was still plenty of room. The air con is good and welcome at night. We were also very grateful for the added touch of Lisa organising our return home PCR tests, it was made easy and straightforward, thank you. Overall this is one of the best villas we have stayed in.
