We set this up for an adult get away with friends. We loved everything about the property but the ac stpped working. The up side is it never got too hot as long as the fans were on. We will stay again!

Loved the location with the lake views. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beautiful dock at sunset and it was perfect! If you come to fish, this is the spot. Perfect location in midlake with protection from the wind. Easy access to the whole lake. Will definitely come back. Property manager was very accomodating and friendly. House is beautiful 😍

We enjoyed our stay at Bay Dreamer! Lots of room and well equipped kitchen. The view of the lake from the fire pit is beautiful! Loved having access to our own boat dock/house.

This is a fabulous place to stay! While I wasn’t at the house much due to a fishing tournament, I plan to come back and stay and bring my family! This place is perfect if you want to entertain a small group.

They house was nice. The beds are not comfortable though. The tv wouldn’t pick up local channels. Trash can full at pier when arrived. Steps are rotten on pier to climb in and out of boat or water. The steps down to the boat pier was grown up with weeds. Lights are out through out properly. The overall stay was nice though. Just needs some attention.

The property is very clean. The property manager lives across the road and was there to greet us when we arrived. If you ever have problems with anything he gives you his cell number and is always available. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The house is very accommodating, clean and comfortable, but it’s the catwalk down to the water and the boathouse that steal the show. We started and ended our days out there.
The location is very convenient to groceries and restaurants. You can be as social or isolated as you like. I highly recommend this property.

the place was very clean. we didn't have to look for anything.
the deck in the backyard was great. we used the propane grill and it worked great. boat house was fun part too. caught a few crappie off of the dock and cleaned them in sink on dock. cooked them there too! that's fresh fish. lake level low so we didn't use boat launch, but it's set perfect for access to lake. will gibson grounds keeper, came by twice. really nice fellow.

The property itself was outstanding. Rustic and clean with gorgeous views and nice amenities. Kitchen and dining area were perfect for lots of down home fun to include games, talking, and of course, eating. Plenty of space outside to enjoy…chairs under the porch, another table and chairs further out toward the lake, and then another sitting area out by the lake with a fire pit. The dock area was large and great for sitting by the lake….lots of steps down though. The security system and air conditioning were new and worked perfectly.
Only drawbacks we’re some surrounding properties that were not well kept and the roads in to the property were rough. Nothing the owner can do about these and as a former owner of Toledo property pretty typical for the lake.

Relaxing ‼️
The whole experience was great… the house was clean and ready to enjoy.. The area is very quite, the fish was jumping, they have everything you need inside & outside, 2 outside grills, outside sinks to clean the fish and pans to fry them too. We had a BLAST!!!

Family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay with our adult children. Plenty of room for everyone. Private dock was nice for fishing boat and pontoon boat. We really liked sitting out on the deck during the day and hanging out at the fire pit at night.

Beautiful property and location! Relaxing!
We had a family vacation here and plenty of room to stretch out with 4 adults and 4 kids. The home had everything we needed, looked beautiful and well maintained. The lake view and firepit area was amazing as well! Great place to stay!

Weekend getaway
The weather did not exactly cooperate for fishing but the cabin had everything necessary to have a great time. The back porch made for a great hangout spot and the fire pit area came in handy for the cold nights. The private boat launch, boat lift dock area, and floating dock were awesome.

Thanksgiving Getaway
We enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway! So much serenity! This cabin was perfect....I loved the cabin's split floor plan, the wood work was a amazing....it was definitely the cabin most intriguing feature. The outdoors were beautiful as well.....social distancing was a must for us doing this pandemic..... this was the perfect getaway, we had our own pier, basically our own fire pit as well in addition to the beautiful split level deck......overall I rate this cabin rental as a 20******* if that makes since😁
Ps# the Property Manager Mr.Randall was awesome! We even got a hospitality pie for Thanksgiving!

Relaxing
The property was modern and very clean with a comfortable layout both interior and exterior. The dock and fishing area was also nice. There are three drawbacks which are not the owners fault. There is what appears to be an abandoned property and salvage yard to the left (north) of the rental, partial view of the lake and very steep walkway to the lake.

Great Get Away
We had a wonderful time. Water levels were good. Lodge and boat sheds are top of the line. Randal’s property manager, Uncle, and Aunt are good people. We really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to book again.
