the property was very clean and very beautiful we been coming here for years this home has become my kids 2nd home very family oriented!! we are very pleased with everything! don pepe is an amazing host !

felt-tip pens were stolen from my child in this house!! someone got a delivery from the store for me and no one admits it. the owner of the house said it was my problem! This is not a private house, this is a hostel! it's not safe for you and your things here! there is no drinking water in the house. tap water is very dirty. normal hotels supply bottled water. and here they just put a dirty bucket with dirty water under the door 😕 the gas water heater does not work stably - either boiling water or ice water in the shower. hordes of spiders and ants, they are everywhere, even in food. it is very cold in the house, after 2 days of life we ​​got sick. very dirty house. mold and mildew everywhere. the dishes are all broken, the pans are 500 years old, it is impossible to cook something, everything is on fire. NOT SUITABLE FOR LIVING!! Washing machine one for 6 families. You can only wash at night, when everyone is sleeping, during the day it is always busy. The owner of the house does not care about your problems! he says so, I quote "deal with your problems yourself" 🙁 dogs and cats stomp on the roof all night, and dogs bark all over the area. sleep is impossible. in normal hotels in such cases they offer earplugs. but here no one cares about your comfort. You should pay and shut up. By the way, Pepe does not return the money. pay, be patient and be quiet! Wi-Fi one for all houses. he does not work !!! Page loads in 10 minutes! want internet? Sit with him at night when everyone is sleeping!! living in this house should be free!! Too many people live in this house. No hot water, The place was dirty. Looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in at least a few months but likey longer. One of the rooms looked like a jail cell only fit a twin bed . it was advertised as 2 bathroom but the 2nd bathroom only had a toilet no shower. The shower was super small and we never had hot water so we didn't use it. But I am 5 feet and would barly fit for the water to be on my head, It was super cold. We messaged the owner to ask about the fireplace but he said we would need to go to the store to buy wood if we wanted to use it. It would have been nice to know that ahead or if he had some on site to buy since it was so cold. Also we tried to check in around 2:00 ( check in was at 3 ) and there was no one there, I tried to call the number provided but no answer, There was a locked gate so we had no access. Finally at 2:30 another guest let us inside and we found the owner, I thought we would be able to check in at least a few mins early but no we had to wait till 3:15 and again the place was dirty. Ad said parking but its only on street parking but the area did seem safe

the location was great, artisistic decor, comfortable and clean accommodations

it’s located on the 2nd floor. not easily accessible for someone with mobility issues, Pepe did provide another way to go up where the steps aren’t as steep so that was very helpful
