Wir sind nur auf die durchreise Gewesen und ziemlich müde angekommen. Das Check-in lief Reibungslos, freundlich und schnell. Unsere Zimmer waren groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet - die Betten und Bettwäsche Super bequem und sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet!

Nothing at all we didn’t get too stay because Sheraton decided to cancel my booking on the day I arrived from Sydney to stay at Sheraton and blamed me that I canceled the booking which I did not and they changed there story and said we have transferred you to another hotel because we are over booked. Disgusting.

Very bad cancelling people’s booking my family and I will not ever stay here again and we come to Croatia yearly because we have family members here.

Great accommodation within walking distance from the bus station. We were upgraded on arrival to a better room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We dined in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Great value

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji z garażem podziemnym. Komfortowe pokoje, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Świetna restauracja serwująca lokalne dania. Możliwość skorzystania ze SPA.

We loved the breakfast. A big variety, including a menu option in addition to the buffet, plus coffees - which our waiter refilled. Lots of food and drink options at the buffet. Really worth getting! Came away pleasantly stuffed! The beds were nice and comfortable and the room was clean. Convenient location in Zagreb. The bar area next to the reception was nice too. Even though its a wee bit expensive for what it is, and the rooms/corridors could do with redecorating to modernise them (its a bit dark, could do with lightening and brightening!) we enjoyed our stay, and would consider returning if we need to stop over in Zagreb again.

The spa and the pool were nice in appearance, however, a couple of issues for us as a family. 1. The pool isn't big enough for a hotel of this size. They limit the amount of people at the pool, which meant the first time we went to use it, it was 'full' and we had to wait. They also ran out of towels, so we had to use 3 towels between 4 of us. 2. Children are allowed into the pool, but it is more of a 'spa pool' kind of vibe. The second time we used the pool, I used it with my two children (this time, the pool was completely empty apart from us) and a member of staff came and asked if I could keep my son quiet. This was awkward and made me feel uncomfortable. He's only 3 years old, so its difficult to keep him quiet or explain why. We were the only people in the pool! I appreciate that sound can be heard from outside the pool area, but he was not screaming at the top of his voice, not sure who he was hurting. You can't expect young children to be whispering whilst having fun in a swimming pool. Whatever the reasoning for this - it was NOT family friendly, 3. The sauna was nice, but the steam room had a bad smell so me and my husband had to leave.

Aucune intimité! - Decoration pas très moderne - Manque de rénovation et de professionnalisme ( Mur des couloirs sales ou abimés, Portes de l'ascenseur déteriorées, Oubli de mettre un frigo/bar dans la chambre, Bouche de ventilation de la douche mal attaché au mur)

La zona de piscina interior, estaba bastante frecuentada.

Rundum gut. Restaurant bietet ausgezeichnete Gerichte mit perfektem Service.

Frühstücksbuffet sollte optimiert werden. Es fehlt recht oft etwas.

Overpriced Balkan style “Sheraton” Old rooms, unrenovated; old; not the faboulus Shareron expirience. Totally overrated.

Had not a good experience with the receptionist! A trainee young woman who did not know the beginnings of hospitality! Was the longest check-in ever! But I send my observations to the Sheraton and the replied in a very satisfactory way!

The big bath and bed very comfortable. Not too far to walk to centre of town. Room very spacious and having ironing facilities.

Not many TV programs in English. No Access to NEtflix on TV. Insufficient tea and coffee supplies.

We received adjacent rooms only after the third request; we changed rooms twice because the rooms offered had worn out seats, torn wallpaper and the smell of cigarettes. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, in our opinion.

stanze abbastanza rumorose perchè davanti agli ascensori e colazione dedicata quasi totalmente al salato quindi chi non ama questa soluzione aveva una scelta di cibo dolce estremamente ridotta

Really good breakfast and refurbished wellness area with big pool and spacious saunas.

The rooms are still ok but they need some refurbishment to be on the same level as other Sheraton Hotels in Europe. However, I would like to highlight that the bed was very comfortable.

V sobi je prazen mini bar,ki ga napolnijo po tvoji želji. Čeprav nama je receptorka dejala da je vode v sobi dovolj, pa je bila samo ena majhna plastenka.

The room was great and the windows opened to allow fresh air in.

Construction site both sides of the hotel. Heavy machinery Jack-hammering from 7.30am until 8pm at night.

Svidjelo nam se udobnost i čistoća hotela. Sve je bilo bez prijekorno uredno i čisto. Također sve pohvale za vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Hvala puno!

Professional and helpful staff, great location, spa is nice and included in the price. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. We got fresh water bottles every day and welcome biscuits, which was a nice touch,

Sound insulation between rooms could be better and the room could use a bit of "freshening up". Electric kettle was broken.
