Quarto bastante confortável. Funcionários simpáticos. Excelente pequeno-almoço.

A localização de resto mais nada pena já estive noutro vila gale e foi muito bom. Um pouco mais de simpatia não ficava mal . Um hotel 4 estrelas e esteve dois 2 sem leite sem lactose e quando eu ia perguntar diziam que tinha acabado ou já tinham encomendado . Enfim

Da pouca simpatia de alguns funcionários .

No limpiaron la habitación en 4 noches que estuvimos. Dos primeros días llegaron a las 4:20 a limpiar. Hora que regresábamos de la calle a prepararnos para los tour de la noche. Tercer día nada , y último día hasta me le dieron vuelva al cartel de la puerta que puse para limpiar.

Emplacement facile d'accès, quelque soit le moyen utilisé. A proximité des bords du Tage, pour une belle balade. Personnels de réception sympathique et agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux.

On perçoit le poids de la conception ancienne des chambres.

De kamer was uitstekend. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Loshangende electrapunten op de kamer. Douche bij het zwembad defect. Met het raam open last van de trein op de brug.

La habitación es amplia, el desayuno está bastante bien, es variado y el salón y el horario son amplios. Tienen gimnasio, piscina climatizada para un remojón y servicio de masajes, aunque esto último no es barato.

Está poco insonorizado. En el hotel no hay ruidos, pero el tren suena mucho. La terraza del 7º piso estaba cerrada. Espero encontrarla abierta la próxima vez.

Mi è piaciuto l'ambiente, l'accoglienza ,e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. La colazione era buonissima e molto rica. La pulizia e l'ordine era una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più.

The bed quality was a bit disappointing. It was harder than what I'd expect at a 5star hotel. It's also 15-20mins away from the city center

Room very clean; amazing continental breakfast

1. The breakfast has a good spread. 2. The in-hotel resturant is open until 10-1030pm. So if you reach late, there is a possibility have dinner at the hotel. 3. There is a bar where you can have a drink and relax. 4. You can buy some Port Wines at the hotel receoption. 5. The staff were helpful. 6. LX Factory is nearyby. Nice place to visit for Bars/cafes/Art/resturants.

1. You get only '1' bottle of drinking water on the day you check in. So be ready to buy drinking water from nearby shops. These shops close around 1030 pm. 2. The hop on hop off bus stops are around 1km-approx away. So please plan accordingly. 3. We had booked 2 rooms. My room on the lower floor was a bit noisy. The other on the higher floor was not. 4. Toilet accessories can be improved considering it to be a 4* hotel. 5. I had an infant with me, so had to ask for a water cooker and it was provided to us.

- Hotel is very close to 25th April Bridge which makes a lot of noise. Fortunately, the windows of my room were not facing the bridge. - Check-in was slow

Breakfast was good. Location was ok, however right beside railway track which was extremely noisy Short walk to transport and LX Factory

Proximity to really noisy railway bridge Rooms are tired and dated Smell from bathroom Stayed 3 nights. Room never cleaned, even though we left early, came back late and placed 'Clean Room's on door handle Could not close bathroom door. The light switch was broken so light on permanently.

Hot breakfast was cold , a guy carefully cooking eggs , the tray that they were being put into was cold .

4 star hotel ? , no tea / coffee making facilities in room , no iron . Constant noise from Bridge overhead . No map of the area provided to show even bus , tram , train .

Can’t believe this is rated 4 star. The room was dirty, dated, stains on carpet, mold in shower. Door frame falling apart. Bed so uncomfortable. Nothing walking distance. Train 10 min walk. AC didn’t work. Worst property I’ve ever booked through booking.com. Want a refund.

Amazing location by the River Tejo with view to Ponte 25 Abril and Cristo Rei. Day time is brilliant but night time with lights on and water reflects with beautiful. Unfortunately didn't have time to use any swimming pool but saw many people using it. Staff were brilliant.

Both Swimming pool closes at 8pm maybe indoor should close a bit later.

The rooftop pool was amazing but the water was not being filtered to at the end of one of the days it was quite dirty. Breakfast was quite good! Lots of variety.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Hairdrier smelt like it was burning. No extra toilet paper. Had to ask for some.

We liked our stay in the hotel. Super clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly and helping staff.

It would be nice if a cleaner could bring a bottle of water daily.
