Atendimento, disponibilidade e simpatia do staff excepcionais e limpeza impecável tanto no quarto como no espaço exterior.

A única coisa que poderia apontar seria só o tamanho das toalhas da piscina que podiam ser um pouco maiores.

About 7 minutes to the Castle. Great location. Can see the castle from the hotel. Hotel grounds were nice too. Pool seemed open even in December though the water was cold (I didn't swim but felt it). Very friendly staff. Quick check in. Parking on the grounds.

Beware that the largest room they have is the 50 square meter "Suite Apartment." This is smaller than you might think. On the Booking.com description it says "3 guests max with a maximum of 3 adults" while the icons of people show 3 adults + 2 children - a bit confusing. No problem in my case as there was only 2 adults, 1 child. Description also says "two sofa beds." In my room, this was not true. There was a single sofa but it was not prepared as a bed. There was something yellow and soft in the corner but it wasn't a sofa. For the "sofa bed" they instead brought in a fold-away bed with thin mattress. It squeaked a lot at night (it was a transportable fold-away bed after all). It was not comfortable either. This "Suite Apartment" is suitable for a couple. Maybe a kid too, but not 3 adults as advertised. if they had prepared a real sofa bed as written in the description, I would have been much happier. I paid 167 Euro for the night. For that price I should have booked an entire house nearby or one of the many rooms at the castle. But since this was a last minute stay on my part, I must fault myself for lack of better preparation. The breakfast was included however so that helped.

Great location , plenty of safe parking , very clean and tidy everywhere , quiet location , three pools within the site , very nice staff and nice buffet breakfast . We will stay again .
