Very friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff, they offered to help with our cases from the car park across the road. When we said we were going down the road for something to eat, our host rang ahead to make sure they were expecting us. Room was clean and well decorated. Excellent breakfast cooked to order.

The location is across the bridge from the city centre, bit further away from the attractions but not a big problem. There's no car park but there is a car park across the road (Spencer Road). It didn't look too promising but we had no problems all the time we were there.

clean smart quiet room, good bathroom, heat, a window that opens. handy to bridge. car parking close by. Great staff, nice breakfast food and space. good price ..competitive. Great wifi and tv. welcoming at reception. very good bed for size and comfort. stayed before will stay again I hope.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable as it dipped in the centre. Quite noisy at the front of the building.

The staff were extremely accomodating and went above and beyond their duties - we will definitely stay again if we are in Derry 👍

Great location and we had a great nights sleep

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the town centre but allowing you to take in the whole vista of Derry by walking the Craigavon Bridge. We were allowed to check in early and were greeted and shown to our room by an extremely helpful and friendly member of staff which set the tone for the stay. The room was spacious and homely and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we missed breakfast, but more reason to return. Thanks
