The hotel pretty well fulfilled all our wishes. They have a lovely team who were very obliging .

The need to preorder breakfast & dinner.

Amazing service and great quality breakfast and dinner. Definitely recommend this as a perfect location to be pampered and to relax.

Nothing to fault

Friendly welcome everything was done to help us have a relaxing comfortable stay.

Breakfast was lovely & served with a smile.Loved the fact that our room was "our room" for the duration, so there was total privacy - just what was needed for our short break. Staff all very friendly, whilst remaining professional.

We had a Superior room which was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely view. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I like I ask for things and than were on the Spotify everything also you had a key to the front door to come and go when you liked

The room above our room had squeaky floor boards. But this didn’t ruin our stay. The building is about 150 years old and this adds to the charm of the hotel.

A really lovely breakfast with delicious choices of different dishes, all nicely presented by friendly staff. We didn’t get to sample lunch and dinner or the pool but we would have liked to and it was nice to know we could have access to these facilities. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean and the bed very comfortable. It was difficult, however, to manage the very small en-suite. Although, all-in-all a lovely stay, thank you.

The breakfast was very good , the consideration for gluten and dairy free was amazing!

The drawer chest in the room was too close to the corner of the bed.

The hotel is beautifully presented, breakfast was very good and the hosts Jo & Rob are very friendly. We will be back

Nothing to dislike

Nice hotel, we walked into the town, love Lyme Regis. Nice breakfast, evening meal was good also. Big car Park Hostess was very nice, helpful. The hotel has incredible potential

Very regimented, wanted us in the dining room altogether at the same time with other guests, quite odd. Wanted to charge us for ice 😂, because they didn’t like us having a glass of our own wine in our room 😂😂. Not too much to dislike.

Breakfast was good quality produce and very tasty Have to mention the biscuits oh my so good
