Great Thanks

Our room was supposed to have a balcony with lake and mountain view. However, we were accommodated in a room that had neither balcony nor even windows. Communication with the staff was difficult due to the language barrier (they speak only Italian). Breakfast was very simple. low-quality food at the restaurant We were charged extra for city tax, although it was included in the price (according to the booking confirmation). Location: Be aware that you cannot walk to the nearby dam (there is no sideway). Not recommended without a car.

The atmosphere and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and knew how to communicate in multiple languages. Breakfast is included, it looks exactly like the pictures provided from the hotel. The food was fresh and quite delicious, it was served to the table. You can also eat lunch and dinner there given that it is a restaurant and a hotel. The prices are quite similar to the U.K. prices, maybe a bit higher. We had two rooms (7 and 8) which had nice views from the balconies.

Everything was perfect.

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, great view from terrace. Nicely located in a small authentic mountainvillage, small drive to lago maggiore.

Amazing terrace where you can have dinner or breakfast. Very quiet location, close to hiking trails. Very clean with nice and helpful staff. Check-in available until late hours. Bus stop very close.

Good restaurant, friendly staff

Pillows were rather thin for those who are used to bigger ones. Towels could be better.

The place was very clean and we had a room with a view of the lake. Nice comfortable beds and the room great value for money. Nice food at the restaurant!

The breakfast could be better and the noise from the main road starts early.

The staff and servers are very friendly, patient and make you feel at home there. They made special food arrangements for the children which was great.

The View was nice and it's located very well

1 of the the 3 Staff that i met called me indirectly a "liar". I called days before my stay if i could take my small Dog with me, a woman told me it's 5Fr/Night. That's how much i payed in every other Hotel in Switzerland. The guy at thr check out literally said "it's not true that somebody said 5fr cause it's always 10fr" omg... Also the cleaning lady seemed to have a problem with Dogs and took the second blanket away where my Dog was sleeping on. My Dog is cleaner than most Humans. If i pay double room as 1 Person i want double service. Even if it's double breakfast! I pay for it!

Great location, nice facilities, helpful staff, amazing pizza! We stayed only one night but it's a great place for more than a quick stop over.
