The apartment is located within the GARDA RESORT VILLAGE residence and has reserved access to: 3 swimming pools including 1 Olympic-size (length 50m), Sporting Club, 2 tennis, 1 beach volleyball and 1 football courts, club house with its own exclusive bar and restaurant, playground for children, mini-market. Inside the residence there is a surveillance and control service active 24 hours on 24. Badges supplied for the entrance to the residence (cost 30€ per week), to activate and deactivate the anti-theft system of the apartment and for access to the sports area, bar and restaurant.

The Garda Resort Village residence is located in S. Benedetto di Lugana between Sirmione (Brescia) and Peschiera del Garda (Verona). In the immediate vicinity, there are more than 30 entertainment venues including the renowned Garda amusement parks (e.g. Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Park Sigurtà, Park Zoo Safari etc.).

At 3km PESCHIERA DEL GARDA the charming pentagon-shaped city-fortress nestled on the shores of Lake Garda, in the Riviera degli Ulivi. Peschiera is an exceptional and rare example of a waterway fortified city and in 2016 its Venetian walls became one of Unesco World Heritage Sites. Besides it, Peschiera offers its visitors peaceful and relaxing moments in the natural surroundings (e.g. Laghetto del Frassino and in the Mincio Valley). The stretch of territory reaching Sirmione from Peschiera is called ‘Lugana’ and it is well-known for the production of a wine having the same name. Lugana wine, which (in 1967) was one of the first Italian wines bearing a DOC trademark. The Municipality of Peschiera del Garda is the starting point of a 43.5 km cycle path. It runs along the Mincio river and reaches Mantua. From the port you can reach all the towns of Lake Garda by ferryboat.

At 5km SIRMIONE, is a centre of excellence with its Spa for thermal water based famous for the treatment of respiratory diseases. Situated on the south bank of Lake Garda, in correspondence with a long and narrow peninsula that divides the gulfs of Desenzano and Peschiera, Sirmione was made even more famous thanks to writers such as Catullo, Stendhal, Lawrence and Goethe that honoured its artistic and environmental beauty. Apart from hosting a Spa of international level, it also has a rich historical and artistic heritage, that includes the ruins of an ancient Roman Villa of the first imperial era, known as the Catullo Grottoes, the Scaligera Fortress and the church of "S. Pietro" in Mavino, that dates back to at least VIII century. The city centre is characterized by the narrow alleys with the walls of stone, offering its visitors romantic and suggestive views.

At 10km there is CHERVO’ GOLF CLUB SAN VIGILIO which boasts 36 holes of which 9 executive holes and 27 League level holes divided into three courses where all the necessary equipment can be rented.

In about 30 km there is the city of VERONA and its famous Arena, the Roman amphitheatre which offers various concerts and operas is a national and international attraction.
