The property is full of charm everywhere. The garden and plants are beautiful! The staff could not be more attentive. I have deeply enjoyed my week there!

la casona is a beautiful property, with excellent staff. the beds are amazingly comfortable and we enjoyed the variety of pillows. we had a great time drinking wine in the courtyard and watching the sunset from the 2nd story palapa. food was great and we were within a decent walk to local shops. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Paraguay.

A beautiful small hotel, that directly feels like home, but with the comfort of a hotel. The decoration has been done very tasteful with a lot of small details. The location is super quiet and the hotel garden with its pool is beautiful. We will come back soon!

Had an issue with A/C that was noisy. Carlos was incredible and had us switch rooms which made all the difference. The place is super comfortable and very accommodating. Shower worked well.

The A/C in the first room... as I mentioned... but I was very satisfied with how they handled it.

What an amazing place! When I was planning to travel to Paraguay, I did not know what to expect: what areas are better, what places are more comfortable. After literally hours of searching I picked this place, and I could not have been more happier in making this choice. Quiet, green neighborhood (yes, a "quiet" cemetery is next door, you can see it on the map, but trust me you don't see it behind tall walls). Picturesque safe streets. Super helpful and considerate staff. Clean, well maintained pool. Home made tasty breakfasts ( sorry, did not check out the other menu - was roaming the city). Now, it's a boutique hotel, so get used to open your room door with an old fashioned key, but there is a certain charm in this. Surely brings childhood memories. I can't more highly recommend staying there.

The smell of inseticida in the room. But as the house has a beautiful garden I recognize it’s necessary
