We come, as a group to La Palapa every year, this condominium is the nicest I’ve stayed in, it located within walking distance to some great shops, excellent restaurants and some fun nightlife.
The hosts were wonderful, the property was lovely and very comfortable. I slept really well, which I don’t usually on strange mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is well appointed and the cleaning people are excellent.

Right on the beach, great view with a huge palm tree right outside. ACs are cold, you can hear the waves on the beach at night while sleeping, very comfortable beds, good water pressure, location for Romantic Zone can’t be beat!

The property was nothing short of amazing! Great views, everything was within walking distance, and taxis were always in the area if you wanted to venture out. The area felt safe, even late at night, and everyone was friendly! The host was great in communicating and being helpful with anything we may need for our stay. Will definitely be back!

Our condo was nicely decorated and fully stocked. The location was perfect, on the beach and close to fabulous restaurants. No need for a vehicle, cabs readily available. Owners very responsive to my inquiries. Would highly recommend, we will be back!

We really loved our time in Puerto Vallarta and especially because of this beautiful condominium we stayed in. The only problem at all was that the concierge did not have any information on us when we tried to check in. It took a while to resolve that but it all worked out fine.

We had a fabulous time at LaPalapa. The condo on the 7th floor was wonderful. We miss the surf sounds and the ocean breezes. We were able to spot whales in the bay from the patio. Some were very close. We went whale watching on the last day you are allowed to go out on a boat but luckily the whales showed off just outside our patio into April. I spend every day in the warm water of the roof top pool. We were sad to come home but made some good friends and plan on returning.

The location was ideal for a day at the beach and easy walks to our favorite hangouts. The staff was always available to let us in and keep the keys so we never had to worry about which of us had them as we came and went. We've stayed in many rentals in PV and this one felt more spacious than some of the newer condos. One flight of stairs up to the heated pool and loungers (great naps under the umbrellas) and the views at sunset were amazing. Everything you could need is present in the condo. We've found our go to place and will always put this one at the top of the list to check when we get back to PV. So much charm and beautiful decor, with great wifi and amazingly comfy beds. There were no problems with noise, unless you don't like waking up to and going to sleep to the sound of the waves. We thought nightlife might be a bit noisy but that wasn't the case at all. The doors and windows close tightly, minimizing any extraneous sounds on those mornings we wanted to sleep in a bit. We were at our favorite beach spots in minutes and our favorite restaurants were within a couple of blocks. What a gem!

We had an excellent experience! Loved the view and outside table, the location was spot-on. Maid service (Isabel) was wonderful and very accommodating. Agree 100% with all the other reviews. Wish we had caught on earlier to renting the lounge chairs and umbrella at Las Palapas. Excellent way to spend a full or half day.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY
701 is just the perfect property. From the minute we arrived we were treated so well. Front desk was so helpful and pleasant. Then when we arrived at 701.....just breathe taking. Entered into the open air of the condo hearing birds chirping and ocean sounds. Everything in this unit is so well appointed. Just gorgeous. Beautiful view of the ocean from the outside balcony. More beautiful than the pictures shown online. Isabelle took great care of us and was meticulous with cleaning service daily. Loved LaPalapa restaurant below. Once again everyone was so friendly,; restaurant location was perfect especially for lunch on the beach. Food was also awesome. Pool area was also a delightful alternative to the beach. Location of this condo is also perfect in relation to all of the restaurants and activities. Everything in walking distance of charming Puerto Vallarta. Can’t wait to visit again!! Last but not least...property owners were very attentive to any questions that we had.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and, again, it was fantastic. Location is great, condo is very clean, and the view from the patio is truly amazing. Perfect place to decompress and enjoy a margarita (or two). Looking forward to another stay in the near future!

The condo was nicely decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen had every tool we needed and we liked that the pantry had items we could use like coffee and seasonings. The windows that open all the way across the patio allowed us to leave them open the entire visit and feel part of the outdoors. The patio itself was wonderful and we spent a lot of time here. The location couldn't have been better. The guidebook left by the owners was super helpful.

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location
The condo has been beautifully maintained and has nice updates while keeping some old Mexico charm and feel. The view from the balcony is what you notice as soon as you enter the condo. A great place to enjoy breakfast and morning coffee. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. The hosts provided a comprehensive guide to the condo and for the area. The building staff are friendly and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Impeccable
This immaculate, nicely furnished condo is in the perfect location in PV’s Zona Romántica, right on the beach with beautiful views from the seventh floor. Owners respond almost instantly to emails and were always helpful. Great doorman building, and the maid, Isabel, was delightful. The rooftop pool is just lovely for a late afternoon dip. Probably our all-time favorite vacation rental. We already booked the first two weeks in January next year, so you guys are out of luck!

Absolutely Wonderful
The unit is gorgeous and is EXACTLY as photographed. The views of the water are stunning and dining and reading on the patio were amazing. The hosts were very friendly, accommodating, and fast to answer any questions about local items (grocery stores, markets, covid testing sites, etc). Isabelle is super sweet and kept the place immaculate. It was just a wonderful time, in the perfect location and exactly what we needed for a quick break. The mini market down the street that the host recommend is amazing. We bought so many fresh ingredients to grill and cook and it was very well stocked. We cant wait to return!

Beautiful views of Banderas Bay and Los Muertos beach
The condo is beautifully furnished with all the amenities that made our stay wonderful - definitely met and exceeded our expectations ! We felt "at home" as soon as we settled in. An easy walk to the beach as well as to restaurants and hot spots nearby. This is a perfect location whether there to relax or party (or a little of both) ! Our hosts made sure our stay was perfect - Thank you !!
